AMERICAN WOMAN (TV Land) - Mena Suvari has joined the cast of the Alicia Silverstone-led comedy pilot as Kathleen, "one of Bonnie's (Silverstone) closest friends. Kathleen yearns for love and marriage but her habit of picking up so-called "boy toys" who exploit her for her looks and her money stands in the way of her happiness." (Variety.com)
BULL (CBS) - Trieste Kelly Dunn ("Banshee") will guest on the newcomer as "a commercial airline pilot. After a plane crash, Bull and his trial consultation team aim to overcome subconscious gender bias jurors may have to female pilots they wouldn't have to male pilots." (TVLine.com)
CRIMINAL MINDS (CBS) - Thomas Gibson has been suspended for "at least one and likely two episodes after a physical altercation with a writer-producer on the set of the CBS crime drama." (Deadline.com)
IMMORTAL LIFE OF HENRIETTA LACKS, THE (HBO) - Courtney B. Vance (Sir Lord Keenan Kester Cofield), Leslie Uggam (Sadie), Reg E. Cathey (Zakariyya), Reed Birney (Dr. George Gey), Ruben Santiago-Hudson (Dr. Pattillo), John Douglas Thompson (Lawrence), Adriane Lenox (Barbara) and Roger Robinson (Day Lacks) have all landed roles in the upcoming Oprah Winfrey-led original movie. OUTCAST (Cinemax) - M.C. Gainey, Madelyn Deutch and Hoon Lee are all bound for the show's second season as Bob, "a hermit who operates the junkyard on the edge of Rome"; Dakota, "a free spirit who embraces an unconventional form of Christianity"; and Dr. Kenneth Park, "Chief of staff and an accomplished surgeon at Rome's hospital, Dr. Park has his own cryptic agenda concerning Kyle," respectively.
