LIFETIME GREENLIGHTS BEAUTY BLOGGER COMPETITION SERIES "GLAM MASTERS" FROM EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS KIM KARDASHIAN WEST AND DIANA MADISON

LOS ANGELES, CA (May 3, 2017) - Lifetime has greenlit the new competition series, Glam Masters, from style icon, Kim Kardashian West who will executive produce. The eight-episode show will pit some of the most creative and talented beauty bloggers against one another for an opportunity to be part of Kim Kardashian West's glam empire. Show creator and host of Style Lab, Diana Madison, also executive produces. Glam Masters is produced by Shed Media for Lifetime and will start production this summer.

"We are so excited to bring Kim's trend-setting vision of style and beauty to television's newest competition series. The stakes couldn't be higher with the chance to work with one of the most successful entrepreneurs and brands on the planet," said Liz Gateley, EVP and head of Lifetime programming.

"Kim Kardashian West is a social-media titan and a fashion icon. I'm thrilled she is on board to executive produce Glam Masters," said Mike Darnell, President of Warner Bros. Unscripted and Alternative Television.

"I'm such a beauty-junkie and am fascinated by how artists are able to transform someone's look with makeup and couldn't be more ecstatic for them to show what they can really do," said executive producer, Kim Kardashian West.

Each episode will feature four beauty bloggers who will go head-to-head to show they have the talent, charisma and vision it takes to be the next big name in the beauty world, all while facing expert judges who will critique every stroke of the contouring brush. The winner each week will qualify to advance to the semi-finals where the best will battle it out for one of three spots in the Tournament of Masters finale. In the end, only one of these beauty-obsessed bloggers will get to claim the title of Glam Master.

Glam Masters is the latest show to join Lifetime's robust roster of fashion, beauty and lifestyle series which include the Emmy nominated series, Project Runway, and upcoming docuseries Growing Up Supermodel (working title) and competition series, Model Moms (working title) with host Yolanda Hadid. A+E Networks is also an investment partner in BeautyCon, a destination for generation Z and millennials in the fashion and beauty space.
