HEAR HIM OUT! THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW DEBUTS TUESDAY, JUNE 6 AT 10:30 P.M. ET/PT ON COMEDY CENTRAL(R)

10-Episode Weekly Series Executive Produced by Jim Jefferies, Scott Zabielski, and Brillstein Entertainment Partners' Alex Murray and Tim Sarkes

NEW YORK, May 9, 2017 - Australian comedian Jim Jefferies takes a seat to share his brutally honest, thought-provoking comedy in his new Comedy Central series, The Jim Jefferies Show. The weekly, late night entry premieres on Tuesday, June 6 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT, following an all-new episode of Tosh.0.

The Jim Jefferies Show will take on culture and politics with an unapologetic, honest and international approach. Each week, Jefferies will tackle the week's top stories from behind his desk and travel the globe to far-off locations to provide an eye opening look at hypocrisy around the world. Featuring interviews, international field pieces, and man on the ground investigations, Jefferies will cover the most controversial issues, all through the lens of his distinctive brand of comedy.

Executive produced by Jefferies, Scott Zabielski, and Brillstein Entertainment Partners' Alex Murray and Tim Sarkes. Jason Reich is co-executive producer and head writer. Adam Londy and Monika Zielinska are the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.

Fans can watch clips and previews on the show's website, follow Jim on Twitter @jimjefferies, and follow The Jim Jefferies Show Facebook and Instagram for access to exclusive content. Continue The Jim Jefferies' Show experience on Comedy Central's Snapchat Discover channel with the original series "Hear Him Out" premiering on Tuesdays. New episodes will also be available day-after-air on iTunes, Amazon Video, VUDU, Microsoft Movies & TV, Verizon Multi-Screen, Google Play, Frontier Communications, and Sony Interactive Entertainment.

A comedian, actor and writer, Jim Jefferies has established himself as one of the most respected comics of his generation with a controversial and belief-challenging stand-up style that continues to surprise and entertain audiences around the globe. He recently wrapped an international stand-up tour, "The Unusual Punishment Tour," to rave reviews which came on the heels of releasing his second Netflix special Freedumb last summer. Jefferies burst onto the U.S. comedy scene in 2009 with his popular HBO special I Swear to God, the first of seven specials, including his debut Netflix special, Jim Jefferies: BARE, which garnered attention for an iconic set focused on guns and gun control in the United States.

He has appeared on Comedy Central's @midnight with Chris Hardwick and The Comedy Jam special that aired last August. Jefferies has also found critical success as an actor where he played the role of "Charlie" in the feature film And Punching the Clown, that premiered at the 2016 SXSW Film Festival and he created, wrote, produced and starred in the critically-acclaimed series Legit, which ran for two seasons on FX.

Available on-air, online and on-the-go via the Comedy Central App, Comedy Central (www.cc.com) is the #1 brand in comedy and is owned by, and is a registered trademark of, Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned unit of Viacom Inc.
