CRIMINAL MINDS (CBS) - Co-stars Kirsten Vangsness and A.J. Cook have closed new deals to continue on the series, which kicks off its 13th season this fall. It's understood said pacts "put them essentially on par" will fellow original cast member Matthew Gray Gubler. (Deadline.com)
DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW (The CW) - Billy Zane has been tapped to play P.T. Barnum on the time travel series. No specifics however were given. (EW.com)
LAST MAN STANDING (ABC) - CMT, home to the recently axed comedy's off-network run, is reportedly in talks to pick up a new season of the series. Said report indicates "a deal is considered a long shot though not impossible." (Deadline.com)
MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE, THE (Amazon) - Jason O'Mara is joining the cast of the series as Wyatt Price, "a new male lead character opposite Alexa Davalos, Rupert Evans and Rufus Sewell. Fleeing the war in Europe, Price's family immigrated to New York from Ireland as refugees, then fled west again ahead of the Nazi invasion. Like most in the Neutral Zone, he's learned to survive as a hustler, trading in various black market goods and services. But he's more than just a survivor - he believes in what America was and what the Neutral Zone still is - a melting pot worth saving." (Deadline.com)
PASSAGE, THE (FOX) - Vincent Piazza has been cast in the drama pilot as Clark Richards, "a brilliant, hyper-charmer with a restless energy, fierce intelligence and a dark sense of humor." (THR.com)
PSYCH: THE MOVIE (USA) - Zachary Levi has been tapped for the holiday movie as Thin White Duke, "a ruthless, mysterious and dashing villain of the highest order." (Deadline.com)
SNOWPIERCER (TNT) - Annalise Basso and Sasha Frolova have both been cast in the drama pilot. The former will play L.J. Anderson, "a quiet, diligent, Midwestern girl who lives with her parents in a fourth-class cabin and works in the greenhouse car"; while the latter is set as Pixi Aariak, detailed as "strange, mysterious, and inscrutable, a charismatic chameleon and probably inspired by the expression still waters run deep."
