TBS Presents "Alien-ish Week" Starting July 17, Leading Up to Season Two of "People of Earth"

Fans Invited to Adopt and Raise an Alien By Visiting People of Earth's Twitter Page: @PoE_TBS

Second Season of People of Earth Launches Monday, July 24 at 10:30 p.m. (ET/PT) Across TBS Platforms

While fans await the highly anticipated second season of TBS's hit comedy series People of Earth, the network will present Alien-ish Week, an entire week of sci-fi, geek, alien and monster-themed programming starting Monday, July 17. Hosted by People of Earth's fan favorite aliens Jeff the Grey (Ken Hall) and Don the White (Bjrn Gustafsson), TBS's Alien-ish Week will feature a cosmic lineup that includes the best sci-fi episodes of The Big Bang Theory, Family Guy, American Dad!, Bob's Burgers, Friends and Seinfeld, along with blockbuster invasion movies like Transformers, War of the Worlds, Pacific Rim and Battle: Los Angeles. Viewers will also get the chance to binge-watch the entire first season of People of Earth as the other-worldly fun continues through Sunday, July 23. The second season of People of Earth will then launch on Monday, July 24 at 10:30 p.m. (ET/PT).

In addition to the programming lineup, TBS's Alien-ish Week will extend to social media, where Twitter fans visiting @PoE_TBS will be able to adopt a baby Grey alien and nurture it to adulthood. Adoptive parents can provide their alien toddler with a good upbringing through such activities as feeding it pizza to make it strong, enrolling it in Crop Circle Club and guiding it through its difficult teen years. And if it's lucky, that alien baby might grow up to get a job examining Earth humans like its idol, Jeff the Grey.

Also geeking out during Alien-ish Week will be TBS's late-night hit CONAN, which will be taping in San Diego during Comic-Con(R) International. The star-studded lineup of guests includes cast from the upcoming Netflix movie Bright, the new Warner Bros. film The LEGO Ninjago Movie, HBO's Game of Thrones and The CW's Supernatural.
