LOS ANGELES, July 25, 2017 - The Daily Show with Trevor Noah is taking the show on the road to Chicago for a special week of shows called, "The Daily Show Undesked Chicago 2017: Let's Do This Before It Gets Too Damn Cold." The late night series will telecast from the Athenaeum Theatre from Monday, October 16 through Thursday, October 19 nightly at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central. The Athenaeum Theatre in Chicago is located at 2936 N. Southport Avenue. Tickets for the tapings are free and only available through the dedicated Daily Show website, and not through the host venue. They can be requested via www.thedailyshow.com/chicago.

This marks the 14th time the series has taken its coverage on the road for a special week of episodes, most recently to Cleveland and Philadelphia for the Republican and Democratic National Conventions respectively last summer.

The Daily Show recently concluded its most-watched quarter since Noah took over as host in 2015, capped off by its most-watched month in June, continuing a streak of 10 consecutive months of year-over-year ratings growth. During the current season, total viewers are up 26% year-over-year with Adult 18-49 ratings up 20%. The Daily Show remains the #1 choice for millennial men and is #2 among all millennials, behind The Tonight Show.

2Q 2017 also represented The Daily Show's best quarter ever in both total full episode streams (+118% vs. year ago) and average weekly full episode streams (+105% vs. year ago). The show had strong gains on Facebook and YouTube during 2Q 2017 with over 203M video views on Facebook (+184% vs. year ago) and 143M videos streamed on the show's YouTube channel (+305% vs. year ago). Overall, The Daily Show has recorded over half a billion video views on the platform since launching its own, dedicated YouTube channel just over one year ago.
