OXYGEN MEDIA RENEWS "COLD JUSTICE" AND "CRIMINAL CONFESSIONS" FROM EXECUTIVE PRODUCER DICK WOLF

New York, NY - April 23, 2018 - Oxygen Media, the network for high-quality crime programming, is ordering new seasons of "Cold Justice" and "Criminal Confessions" from Executive Producer Dick Wolf, it was announced today by Rod Aissa, Executive Vice President, Original Programming and Development, Oxygen Media. Both series are in pre-production and are set to return in 2018. This announcement comes on the heels of the network expanding its original series slate with 10 new greenlights and the US premiere of a Piers Morgan event series.

"'Cold Justice' and 'Criminal Confessions' have resonated with our audience as they share a common passion in seeing the journey of justice served," said Rod Aissa, Executive Vice President, Original Programming and Development, Oxygen Media. "We're thrilled to bring fans new seasons of both shows and to continue working with our amazing producing partners Dick Wolf, Magical Elves and Shed Media in delivering high-quality crime programming."

Executive Producer Dick Wolf adds, "Oxygen has been incredibly supportive of 'Cold Justice' and 'Criminal Confessions' with obvious results. Our fan base is growing and as a result, 'Cold Justice' will continue to provide justice for victims and their families and 'Criminal Confessions' will continue to give viewers an inside look into a side of police work that has never been examined before."

"The opportunity for advertisers is limitless in high-quality, engaging programs that are proven with audiences, especially in the true crime genre which has shown to be effective for our partners," said Laura Molen, Executive Vice President, Lifestyle and Hispanic Advertising Sales, NBCUniversal. "Oxygen, and the rest of our cable portfolio, continues to be the best place for ad dollars in the marketplace when backed by our full NBCUniversal portfolio and commitment to commercial innovation."

"Cold Justice" follows veteran prosecutor Kelly Siegler, who partners with seasoned detectives, to dig into murder cases that have lingered for years without justice. Together with local law enforcement from across the country, the "Cold Justice" team has successfully helped generate approximately 35 arrests and 18 convictions. "Criminal Confessions" delves into the psychological showdown that transpires inside actual police interrogation rooms between investigators and suspects, and dissects what it takes to yield a confession.

Behind the strength of its original true crime programming, 1Q18 is Oxygen's most watched quarter in seven years among total viewers in total day, and March 2018 is the network's most watched month in six years among total viewers in total day. In addition, Oxygen.com continues to be the #1 most popular website dedicated to crime.

"Cold Justice" is produced by Wolf Reality & Magical Elves with Dick Wolf and Tom Thayer serving as Executive Producers for Wolf Reality and Jane Lipsitz, Dan Cutforth, Kelly Siegler, Liz Cook, Kathryn Vaughan and Scott Patch serving as Executive Producers for Magical Elves.
