GIULIANA RANCIC RETURNS AS CO-HOST OF "E! NEWS" BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 4TH

Popular Entertainment Host Returns as Co-Host of Long-Running Weeknight Entertainment Series "E! News" Alongside Co-Host Jason Kennedy

Los Angeles, CA, June 15, 2018 - E! Entertainment announced today the return of Giuliana Rancic to "E! News," the leading multi-platform entertainment news brand for millennial women. Rancic will serve as co-host for the "E! News" television series, which airs weeknights at 7pm and 11pm, covering the biggest and most-talked about pop culture stories of the day. Rancic, who has been part of the E! family since 2002 when she first joined as correspondent at "E! News," co-anchored the program from 2005-2015. She will join co-host Jason Kennedy beginning September 4th.

"Giuliana is an incredibly charismatic and well-respected entertainment journalist. As a longtime member of the E! family, it's exciting to welcome her back home to 'E! News,'" said John Najarian, Executive Vice President & General Manager, News & Digital, E!. "While 'E! News' has seen massive growth across digital and social, we have also continued to expand and elevate our television coverage, and Giuliana is an excellent addition to our weeknight series, which remains the most watched entertainment news franchise with young women."

"Returning to host 'E! News' is every bit as thrilling to me today as it was 16 years ago when I joined the show and embarked on this wonderful career," said Rancic. "Co-hosting alongside one of my best friends, Jason Kennedy, with one of the most talented teams in entertainment journalism, makes this move even more special. I can't wait to reconnect with the 'E! News' audience and go on this journey together once again."

Most recently, Giuliana was part of "E! News'" comprehensive multi-platform coverage of the royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, which delivered 111 million total engagements across TV, digital and social platforms. The success of "E! News'" royal wedding coverage comes on the heels of a record-breaking, biggest week ever earlier in the month with 68.3 million social engagements, driven largely by Met Gala content across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

The "E! News'" team of entertainment journalists will continue to include a diverse stable of correspondents across platforms. Airing in more than 160 countries, "E!
