BLACK MIRROR (Netflix) - An upcoming episode of the anthology series will reportedly let viewers decide their own path. Said stunt is said to be part of "a slate of specials that will let viewers choose the next storyline in a TV episode or movie." (Bloomberg.com)
BODY CAM COP (CBS, New!) - David Grae has sold a new drama to the Eye about "when a cop's heroism inadvertently lands him celebrity status after an on-the-job incident goes viral, he and his new partner are selected to be part of a pilot program that livestreams body cam footage to the public. However they soon find their lives complicated when the cameras create unintended consequences on and off the force." CBS Television Studios is behind the hour with former CBS Entertainment president Glenn Geller also serving as an executive producer. (Deadline.com)
HAPPY! (Syfy) - Ann-Margret is slated to recur on the show's sophomore run as Bebe Debarge, "a former siren of stage and screen." Additionally, Bryce Lorenzo's Hailey Hansen and Christopher Fitzgerald's Sonny Shine are set to return as series regulars. (Deadline.com)
MARVEL'S DAREDEVIL (Netflix) - Lesley Ann Warren has been tapped for the show's third season as Mrs. Falb, "described as a woman of high morals and steely resolve. A true survivor, Mrs. Falb is uncompromising in her beliefs, even if it means making powerful enemies." (@Marvel)
RUN (HBO) - Merritt Wever is set to star in Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Vicky Jones's pilot, which "centers on Ruby (Wever), a woman living a humdrum existence who one day gets a text inviting her to fulfill a youthful pact, promising true love and self-reinvention, by stepping out of her life to take a journey with her oldest flame. Wever's Ruby Dixie is an American family woman who functions like clockwork, but feels like a fraud. Having packed away her younger self for the sake of other people, she is finally taking steps to reinvent her path." (Deadline.com)
