CHAPLAIN (CBS, New!) - Nick Weiss and Isaac Laskin have landed a new drama to the Eye which "centers around a talented, scientifically minded ICU doctor and her free-thinking, faith-oriented brother clash over the best approach to the business of saving lives when he is hired as chaplain at her hospital." The return of NYPD Blue follows his son, Theo, as he tries to earn his detective shield and work in the 15th squad while investigating his father's murder. Theo seems to have taken after his father as he too is a hard-drinking, hard-headed and quick-witted cop." 20th Century Fox TV and ABC Studios are behind the project, which has a pilot production commitment and is already casting its four main roles, led by Theo Sipowicz. In order to hold onto the love of his life, our young male hero writes an original musical version of Twelfth Night for his beloved to star in and perform over winter break.
