CHANNEL ZERO (Syfy) - Creator Nick Antosca revealed via Instagram his anthology series has been canceled after four seasons. (@nickantosca)
CHARMED (The CW) - Jimmy Tatro and Scott Porter will both visit the reboot series as "a brother duo from a show within the show - a 1990s TV drama called "Heaven's Vice" - on which they are tasked with saving mankind from the devil and his minions. Through a "magical mix-up," they cross over into the real world and arrive in Hilltown via a portal, understandably confused and "quite the handful" for the sisters." (Variety.com)
CHICAGO MED (NBC) - Lauren Potter will drop by an upcoming episode as Barbara Duncan, "a kind-hearted pregnant woman with Down Syndrome. She is described as sweet, doting and protective of her unborn child. Despite facing increased risks to her and her child's health due to a congenital heart defect, she remains strong and opinionated in the face of adversity." (TVLine.com)
HAPPY ACCIDENT (ABC) - Matt Walsh has been tapped for a lead role on the single-camera comedy pilot, about two Pittsburgh families - a father, Bud (Walsh), with three adult daughters, and a hotel lounge singer with her med student son - who are forced together after a decades-old secret is revealed. THIS IS US (NBC) - Goran Višnjic is bound for the drama in the recurring role of Vincent, "a teacher of Beth's (Susan Kelechi Watson)." (Deadline.com)
WU ASSASSINS (Netflix) - Li Jun Li has joined the cast of the upcoming martial arts series as Jenny Wah, "who on the surface, is a confident young businesswoman with an MBA. Scratch the surface, the noisy wheels of ambition crank a darker nature, and the need to overcompensate." (Deadline.com)
