25 WORDS OR LESS (Syndication) - The Meredith Vieira-hosted game show has now been cleared by Twentieth Television on stations covering 75% of the country ahead of its formal debut this fall. (Deadline.com)
GREY'S ANATOMY (ABC) - Showrunner Krista Vernoff has signed a multi-year overall deal with ABC Studios. The pact covers her duties on the series as well as any future development via her Trip the Light Productions banner. (THR.com)
HAWAII FIVE-0 (CBS) - Joan Collins will visit an upcoming installment as Amanda Savage, "the mother of Claire van der Boom's Rachel and thus Danny's ex-mother-in-law who has never liked him." (TVLine.com)
LAW & ORDER: SVU (NBC) - Jennifer Esposito has been tapped for an upcoming episode as Sgt. Phoebe Baker, "who runs the Vice squad and teams up with SVU to investigate a chain of pop-up brothels. Viewers will learn that Fin and Baker worked in Narcotics together about 20 years ago, though Esposito is playing a character different than the one she played back during Season 1." (TVLine.com)
LIBERATOR, THE (Netflix) - Bradley James is the first to be cast in the animated World War II drama series, which tells the riveting true story of the bloodiest and most dramatic march to victory of the Second World War: the battlefield odyssey of maverick U.S. Army officer Felix Sparks and his infantry unit as they fought for over five hundred days to liberate Europe. He'll play said role, Felix Sparks. (Deadline.com)
