MOTORTREND'S NEW SERIES "AUTO/BIOGRAPHY" WILL HAVE YOU ON THE EDGE OF YOUR CAR SEAT

-- AUTO/BIOGRAPHY is Available Now on the MotorTrend App and Premieres Saturday, February 23 at 9 PM ET/PT on MotorTrend TV--

(Silver Spring, Md.) - Some car mysteries can't be solved by your local mechanic looking under the hood. Some four wheeled mysteries run much deeper; requiring forensic science, dogged fact-finding and in-depth, historic research. Hosted by automotive historian Tim Donahue and automotive filmmaker Michael May, the all new series AUTO/BIOGRAPHY will keep viewers on the edge of their car seats by exploring the world's most improbable vehicular mysteries. AUTO/BIOGRPAHY is available now on the MotorTrend App and premieres Saturday, February 23 at 9 PM ET/PT on MotorTrend TV.

In every episode of AUTO/BIOGRPAHY automotive whodunnits unravel on a global scale as amazing stories of buried Ferraris, Chevys on the bottom of lake beds, haunted Porsches and even the missing famous Lotus Esprit S1 from the James Bond's film "The Spy Who Loved Me" are investigated. Donahue and May retell each story in detail with the help of experts, investigators, journalists, car owners and even some of the criminals involved in each case.

The first episode, "The Case of the Buried Dino", Donahue and May recount the story of a 1974 Ferrari Dino that was found buried in the backyard of a small home in South Central Los Angeles by two children in December 1978. No one knew how the rare car got there, who put it there or why it was buried. Just before the mystery could be solved the Ferrari Dino vanished again. AUTO/BIOGRAPHY is available now on the MotorTrend App and premieres on MotorTrend TV Saturday, February 23 at 9 PM ET/PT.
