BABY SHARK (Nickelodeon, New!) - The cable channel is developing an animated series for preschoolers based on Pinkfong's viral kids video that has nearly 2.87 billion YouTube views. No auspices or other details were given about the project. (Deadline.com)
BH90210 (FOX) - Ivan Sergei is the latest bound for the summer series as Nate, "Tori [Spelling]'s husband who's an ex-hockey player that is looking to become a professional sports announcer." (Deadline.com)
ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT (Syndication) - Erin Johnson has been promoted to executive producer of the newsmagazine staple, succeeding Sharon Hoffman. (Deadline.com)
GOOD PLACE, THE (NBC) - Kristen Bell will go behind the camera to helm one of the upcoming fourth season's 13 episodes. (TVLine.com)
INTO THE DARK (Hulu) - Corey Fogelmanis, Annie Q., Jessi Case, Julian Works, Philip Labes and Hugo Armstrong have all been cast in the franchise's 11th installment, "School Spirit," due to stream on August 2. Said episode "follows a group of social outcasts who are stuck in weekend detention and then confronted by the school's legendary hauntings." (Deadline.com)
LANGDON (NBC, New!) - Dan Brown's novel "The Lost Symbol" is set to serve as the basis for a potential series at the Peacock about "the early adventures of famed Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon, who finds himself pulled into a series of deadly puzzles when his mentor is kidnapped. The CIA forces him onto a task force where he uncovers a chilling conspiracy." Daniel Cerone is spearheading the project, which is set up at CBS Television Studios and Universal Television with a production commitment. Imagine Television's Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, Francie Calfo, Samie Falvey and Anna Culp are also set to executive produce. (Deadline.com)
MARVEL'S RUNAWAYS (Hulu) - Elizabeth Hurley has been cast in the show's third season as Marvel villain Morgan le Fay: "A student of Merlin, the character is considered the greatest sorceress of all time. With a black crow as her familiar and the ability to enchant objects, manipulate mystic energy and astral project, she is powerful and intelligent with a cut-throat wit." (Variety.com)
OVER MY DEAD BODY (WarnerMedia, New!) - Elizabeth Banks is looking to bring the Wondery podcast to the small screen at WarnerMedia's upcoming streaming service. The Warner Bros. Television-based project follows Dan and Wendi, "two attorneys whose wedding is featured in the New York Times. But when this "perfect" couple falls apart, it leads to a bad breakup, a worse divorce, and a murder case involving a menagerie of high-priced lawyers and unexpected co-conspirators." Banks is attached to direct and executive produce alongside Brownstone Productions' Max Handelman and Wondery's Hernan Lopez and Marshall Lewy with Dannah Shinder as a co-executive producer. SHAMELESS (Showtime) - Kate Miner's Tami - "Lip's (Jeremy Allen White) girlfriend, who revealed to him midway through the season that she was pregnant" - has been promoted to regular for the show's 10th season. (THR.com)
