CHICAGO FIRE (NBC) - Annie Ilonzeh, who plays paramedic Emily Foster on the series, is bowing out after two seasons. (Deadline.com)
MADONNAS OF ECHO PARK, THE (Starz) - Julia Cho's small screen take on Brando Skyhorse's novel has found a new home at Starz and Lionsgate Television with a significant penalty attached. The project, previously set up at HBO in 2012, is billed as "a multigenerational drama set in Los Angeles that takes us across borders and into decades past as it follows one young woman's search for her undocumented father." Skyhorse, Kelly Marcel and Kapital Entertainment's Aaron Kaplan and Dana Honor are also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
TOOTHPIX (Quibi, New!) - The streaming service is developing a food-based sketch comedy series based on the Instagram account of the same name, "set entirely in the world of celebrity chefs, restaurants and influencer culture, and aims to celebrate the absurdities of the food world." Dave Green and Joe Cobden are behind the project with Josh Cohen and Dave Kneebone for Abso Lutely, and David Gelb, Brian McGinn, and Jason Sterman for Supper Club executive producing. (Variety.com)
UNTITLED CASSIAN ANDOR SERIES (Disney+) - Stellan Skarsgard and Kyle Soller are in final negotiations to join the Diego Luna-led "Star Wars" series. No details about their characters however were given. (Variety.com)
