BAY, THE (CBS, New!) - Writer Yalun Tu and director Larry Teng are set to team for a new drama at the Eye about "two newly partnered Chinese-American detectives who strive to overcome their gender, generational and cultural differences as they work to bring justice to their dynamic and ever-changing San Francisco community." GG (The CW, New!) - Daisy Gardner has sold a potential drama to the netlet which "centers on the adventures of a rebellious, young female excelling in the male-dominated gaming industry." PARTNERS IN RHYME (UMC) - Precious Way will star opposite MC Lyte in the upcoming sitcom, about "the trials of an up-and-coming female high school rapper and social media sensation who thinks she is the best thing to happen to the rap game since Cardi B." PRINCE HARRY, DUKE OF SUSSEX/MEGHAN, DUCHESS OF SUSSEX PROJECTS (Netflix, New!) - The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have founded a yet-to-be-named production company, signing a multiyear deal with Netflix to develop "documentaries, docu-series, feature films, scripted shows and children's programming." UNTITLED ALEX BERGER PROJECT (NBC, New!) - Alex Berger has booked a potential drama at the network in which "when a dogged young reporter witnesses the murder of her sister, she launches an investigation to find the people responsible, enlisting the help of her estranged father - a legendary but reclusive investigative journalist."
