9-1-1: LONE STAR (FOX) - Lisa Edelstein is set to recur on the show's sophomore run as Gwyneth, "the ex-wife of Capt. Owen Strand (Rob Lowe) and mother to their adult son T.K. (Ronen Rubinstein), who is a firefighter in the house Owen is captain of. A lawyer, Gwyneth visits Austin from NYC to be with T.K. after he was shot and hospitalized at the end of last season." B POSITIVE (CBS) - Terrence Terrell has joined the cast of the freshman comedy as Eli, "a friendly, outgoing professional football player for the Seahawks. A ladies man with a bit of an ego - he's not shy about flashing his Super Bowl ring. After too many hits to the body on the field, Eli finds himself in need of a new kidney. His spirit isn't crushed, however, partly because he's in denial about his career coming to an end. While he waits for his brother to lose weight so he can be his donor, Eli meets Drew (Thomas Middleditch) in dialysis. The two start an unlikely friendship." (Deadline.com)
FAMILY GUY (FOX) - Arif Zahir has been tapped to succeed Mike Henry as Cleveland Brown on the veteran animated series. He'll take over beginning with the show's latest production cycle. (@FamilyGuyonFOX)
MILLION LITTLE THINGS, A (ABC) - Chris Geere has scored a recurring role on the series as Jamie, "Maggie's (Allison Miller) roommate in Oxford. Brash and funny. He shows many colors. Sometimes you live with a person you wouldn't necessarily be friends with, but then become great friends because you live together." (Deadline.com)
NICK FURY (Disney+, New!) - Samuel L. Jackson will reportedly reprise his role of Nick Fury for a new TV series at the streaming service. No plot specifics were given about the project, which is being spearheaded by Kyle Bradstreet. Marvel Studios will produce. (Variety.com)
