BLACK-ISH (ABC) - Judy Reyes and Parminder Nagra will both drop by the show's season seven premiere as "fellow doctors of star Tracee Ellis Ross' Dr. Rainbow Johnson." (EW.com)
CALL YOUR MOTHER (ABC) - Sherri Shepherd will recur on the Kyra Sedgwick-led comedy as Sharon, "Jean's salty and salt-of-the-earth best friend from Iowa. NEW ZEALAND SERIES PRODUCTIONS (Various) - Filming on Netflix's "Sweet Tooth" and Amazon's "The Lord of the Rings" is underway while Netflix's "Cowboy Bebop" is expected to resume on Wednesday, September 30. Said trio were the first TV projects "granted border exemptions by the New Zealand government in July to film in the country." (Deadline.com)
WITCHER, THE (Netflix) - Basil Eidenbenz is bound for the upcoming season as Eskel in a recasting. He'll take over from Thue Ersted Rasmussen, who had to bow out due to a COVID-19 related scheduling conflict. (Deadline.com, 9/26)
