Join award-winning actors and wine enthusiasts Matthew Rhys, Matthew Goode, James Purefoy and Dominic West in a journey around the globe to discover the history, culture and people of some of the most beautiful and fascinating places - all through the wonderful prism of wine - in the acclaimed lifestyle/travel series The Wine Show. Binge all three seasons of this visually entertaining, humorous and engaging series on Sundance Now and Acorn TV this summer:

Season three of The Wine Show will premiere as a streaming exclusive in the U.S. and Canada on Thursday, July 29 on Sundance Now, as well as the AMC+ premium streaming bundle, and Acorn TV.

During the course of this series, the actors, along with co-host Joe Fattorini, wine expert Amelia Singer, and many guest wine experts trek to vineyards and other breathtaking wine destinations throughout the world to sample some of the best locally-produced wines and uncover intriguing stories and more about this wonderful drink. For each of the three seasons, the hosts are based at a headquarters in different countries- Umbria in Italy (season 1); at a Provençal villa in the south of France (season 2) and Portugal's Douro Valley (season 3).

The Wine Show, Season 1

With their base in a countryside villa in Umbria, Italy, wine enthusiasts and actors Matthew Goode (A Discovery of Witches, The Crown) and Matthew Rhys (The Americans, Perry Mason) visit various locations throughout the country to discover intriguing stories and history behind the popular beverage. Joe Fattorini and Amelia Singer travel to 11 countries between the two of them to visit vineyards and other riveting wine destinations. Celebrity chefs including Niki Nakayama, Michael Caines, Clare Smyth and Elena Arzak reveal their favorite wines and cook trademark dishes to complement them. (13 Episodes)

Based in their beautiful new Provençal villa in the glorious South of France, Matthew Goode (A Discovery of Witches) and James Purefoy (Rome, A Discovery of Witches) set off on a new road trip challenge in every episode, uncovering some of the region's best wines, and learning the stories that surround them. Rhys gets the scoop on historic and modern wine gadgets at Berry Brothers & Rudd in London, while Fattorini travels abroad to meet people and learn stories behind some of the world's most fascinating wines. The Wine Show, Season 3

Matthew Goode, Matthew Rhys and James Purefoy are joined this lively season by a new member of the team - Dominic West (The Hour, The Wire), who presides with James at the season's headquarters: the Quinta do Noval in the stunning Douro Valley in Portugal. Goode and Purefoy trek across Portugal to discover the country's best wines, while star sommelier Charlotte Wilde travels to The Azores and answers the question: who really invented sparkling wine, including champagne? Resident wine experts hit the road as Amelia Singer heads across the US (including a look at how urban winemaking and hip hop have found a voice in wine in California and New York) and Fattorini visits Thailand and Germany. In one segment, Fattorini stops in Hungary, a country rich with stories about the health-giving properties of its wines, covering everything from beauty cream to body building. Finally, Rhys and Fattorini lunch at restaurants throughout NYC, to pair wine with varied international cuisines which together represent the city's ethnic diversity. (7 episodes)
