BRIDGERTON (Netflix) - Co-stars Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley will both return for the third season of the series. (Deadline.com)
CITY ON FIRE (Apple TV+) - The ensemble drama has cast Jemima Kirke as Regan, "the daughter of a Manhattan real estate scion who strives to succeed on her own"; Nico Tortorella as William, "a brilliant, but self-destructive artist living in Manhattan"; Ashley Zukerman as Keith, "Regan's husband, whose All-American charm continues to help him fail upward"; Xavier Clyde as Mercer, "William's boyfriend who moved to New York from rural Georgia to write the next great American novel and embrace his true self"; Max Milner as Nicky Chaos, "a charismatic activist and revolutionary with a group of followers dedicated to war against the 1%"; Alexandra Doke as Sewer Girl, "the bleeding heart of Nicky Chaos' crew"; Omid Abtahi as Ali Parsa, "the workaholic detective assigned to Samantha's case"; Kathleen Munroe as PJ McFadden, "a no-non-sense cop assigned to work on Samantha's case alongside Detective Parsa"; and John Cameron Mitchell as Amory, "an influential and powerful executive in Manhattan, as ruthless as he is charming." MANHUNT (Apple TV+) - Matt Walsh has been cast in the Lincoln assassination drama as Dr. Samuel Mudd, "who treated John Wilkes Booth's broken leg the night President Abraham Lincoln was shot. Mudd did not report Booth to the authorities until days later and later was imprisoned for conspiring with the assassin." (Deadline.com)
PHAT TUESDAYS: THE ERA OF HIP HOP COMEDY (Amazon) - Executive producer Reginald Hudlin has renewed his first-look deal with Universal Content Productions. (THR.com)

TEACUP (Peacock, New!) - Ian McCulloch is developing a small screen take on Robert McCammon's horror thriller "Stinger," described as "following a disparate group of people on a Texas ranch who must come together in the face of a mysterious threat."
