DISCOVERY+ ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY PROGRAMMING SLATE

discovery+, the definitive non-fiction subscription streaming service from Warner Bros. Discovery, today announced new and exclusive programming that will be available to stream in February.

HEARTBREAK ISLAND, Series (2/14): The third installment of HEARTBREAK ISLAND sets hearts racing and temperatures rising as a group of 20-something singles put it all on the line in a bid to find their perfect partners. Girls and guys pair up, face challenges, stay or stray in Passion Plays, and will ultimately decide if they've found love all while playing the game to avoid elimination and walking the wharf off Heartbreak Island.

Below is a list of additional films and series coming to discovery+ on February 1:

THE SECRET LIVES OF CHEERLEADERS, Film (2019): Ava, an incoming transfer student, reluctantly tries out for the cheerleading team at the insistence of her overly-ambitious mother, Candice. Katrina, the head cheerleader and the most popular girl in school, unexpectedly cozies up to Ava who makes the squad and instantly becomes high school royalty. As she transitions into her new life, Ava discovers becoming part of the squad comes at a price.

LEAVE IT TO GEEGE, Series: From the Emmy(R)-winning producers of "World of Wonder" comes the new family docuseries LEAVE IT TO GEEGE, following Geege Taylor, an Atlanta area single mother of two whose life could be a Lifetime movie. The twice-divorced breast cancer survivor is also an advocate for autism acceptance, hoping to educate and help others navigate their way through the ups and downs of raising an autistic child following her first-hand experience with her non-verbal 19-year-old son Pootie.

THE COLLEGE ADMISSIONS SCANDAL, Film (2019): THE COLLEGE ADMISSIONS SCANDAL follows two wealthy mothers - Caroline Miller, a sought after interior designer, and Bethany Kirshner, an owner of a successful financial services firm - who share an obsession with getting their teenagers into the best colleges possible. When charismatic college admissions consultant Rick Singer offers a side door into the prestigious institutions of their dreams, Caroline and Bethany willingly partake with visions of coveted acceptance letters in their heads. However, when Singer cooperates with the FBI and pleads guilty, the mothers, who risked everything for their kids, must face the consequences of their crimes and the loss of trust and respect from their families.

MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT, Season 14: MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT is an extreme social experiment following six brave souls who are yearning for life-long partnerships as they agree to a provocative proposal: getting legally married the moment they first meet.

PAWN STARS, Season 20: PAWN STARS follows three generations of the Harrison family as they assess the value of items coming in and out of their Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas - from the commonplace to the truly historic.
