FANTASY ISLAND (FOX) - The network has nixed the anthology series after two seasons. Sony Pictures Television is an important partner of ours, and we look forward to continuing to work with them on Accused, Alert: Missing Persons Unit, Doc and the upcoming animated series Universal Basic Guys/Hoagie Bros. We'd also like to thank Fantasy Island's cast, led by Roselyn Sánchez, Kiara Barnes and John Gabriel Rodriquez, crew and executive producers Liz Craft, Sarah Fain and Anne Clements for their partnership on the series."
FERTILITY FRAUDSTER (Netflix, New!) - Curious Films and AJH Films are spearheading a three-part series at the streamer which "will delve deeper into the global fertility industry by focusing on Jonathan Meijer, who late last month was ordered to stop donating sperm by judges in The Netherlands and told he will be fined €100,000 ($110,000) for each future infraction." Dov Freedman, Jessie Versluys, Natalie Hill and Alex Holder are the executive producers with Josh Allott directing and Kathryn Taylor producing. (Deadline.com)
GOOD TROUBLE (Freeform) - Production on the series was halted for the day as a result of WGA picketing. (Deadline.com)

WALKER INDEPENDENCE (The CW) - The network has axed the prequel series after one season. (Deadline.com)
