Prime Video Reveals First-Look Images for Heist Series Everybody Loves Diamonds, inspired by the 2003 "Antwerp Diamond Heist"

The new Italian Original series stars Kim Rossi Stuart, Anna Foglietta, Gian Marco Tognazzi, Carlotta Antonelli, and Leonardo Lidi

Everybody Loves Diamonds will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories around the world on October 13

Today, Prime Video unveiled first-look images from Everybody Loves Diamonds, the upcoming Italian heist series with a comedic twist starring Kim Rossi Stuart, Anna Foglietta, Gian Marco Tognazzi, Carlotta Antonelli and Leonardo Lidi, with the participation of Rupert Everett and Malcolm McDowell. The Original series is inspired by the 2003 "Antwerp Diamond Heist" dubbed "the world's largest theft of diamonds" by media around the world. Everybody Loves Diamonds will launch exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories around the world on October 13. The series is the latest addition to the Prime membership. The eight-part series will follow a team of small-time Italian thieves, led by Leonardo Notarbartolo (Rossi Stuart), who manages to deceive top-level security with a genius mastermind plan and steal millions of dollars' worth of precious stones from the Antwerp Diamond Centre. Everybody Loves Diamonds is directed by Gianluca Maria Tavarelli, produced by Mario Gianani and Lorenzo Gangarossa for Wildside, a Fremantle company, and written by Michele Astori, Stefano Bises, Giulio Carrieri, and Bernardo Pellegrini.

Other Italian Originals announced include the series Gigolò per caso, Antonia, No Activity - Niente da segnalare, Sul più bello - La serie, the shows Karaoke Night - Talenti Senza Vergogna, LOL Talent Show: Chi fa ridere è dentro, AMAZING - FABIO DE LUIGI, the movies Elf Me, Il migliore dei mondi, Pensati Sexy, alongside new seasons of Monterossi, Sono Lillo, Prova Prova Sa Sa and Celebrity Hunted - Caccia all'uomo.
