AXS TV TO AIR 2023 MAJOR LEAGUE PICKLEBALL SEASON 2 LIVE EVENTS

Starting September 22, AXS TV will Feature Live Coverage of MLP's 2023 Season 2 Tournaments, Including Event Championships on Sept. 24, Nov. 5, and Dec. 10

LOS ANGELES, September 8, 2023 - AXS TV - a subsidiary of global multi-platform media company Anthem Sports & Entertainment, Inc. - announced today a broadcast agreement with Major League Pickleball, bringing live coverage of the popular league's 2023 Season 2 events to the Network, beginning Friday, September 22 at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT.

MLP is the preeminent team-based professional pickleball league, putting the spotlight on the absolute best pickleball competitors from around the world. The League features nearly 100 of the best athletes in the sport in a unique coed team format, easy to understand scoring, the largest payouts in prize money across all of pro pickleball, and an impressive roster of A-list celebrity owners and successful business icons. As part of the partnership AXS TV will become the official music sponsor on site at the MLP 2023 events.

AXS TV is slated to broadcast all three Season 2 tournaments beginning with live coverage of MLP Atlanta, Friday, September 22 through Sunday, September 24. Coverage of MLP Los Angeles will follow, Friday, November 3 to Sunday, November 5; and Season 2 coverage on AXS will conclude with MLP SoCal from Friday, December 8 through Sunday, December 10.
