Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt Build Custom Homes and Design Personalized Renovations in a New Season of HGTV's 100 DAY DREAM HOME Premiering Sunday, June 30, at 9 p.m. ET/PT
WHAT: 100 Day Dream Home
WHERE/WHEN: 100 Day Dream Home premieres Sunday, June 30, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
WHO: Married real estate developers Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt will continue to build custom, move-in ready homes from the ground up for their Tampa, Florida, area clients in new episodes of HGTV hit series 100 Day Dream Home - and, in a fresh twist this season, the couple will expand their business to also design personalized renovations for families in three months or less. Whether building or renovating, Brian, a construction manager, and Mika, a real estate agent and designer, who attracted 15.5 million viewers to their last run, will take clients on inspiration tours of various properties to select the desired finishes they'll infuse into each project, including contemporary, coastal and farmhouse styles.
The season starts with a new build for a well-traveled military family wanting to put down roots in Florida. After a challenging groundbreaking to remove brush and trees from the property, Brian and Mika will construct their ideal home with old-world flair, featuring stone accents throughout, a hidden walk-in pantry and a unique drive-through garage.
And, a special 90-minute episode on July 21 at 9 p.m. will showcase Brian and Mika's own renovation of their new second home, a two-bedroom townhouse near Forsyth Park in Savannah, Georgia. While the property poses challenges like rotted windows and misplaced plumbing, the couple will preserve its historic charm as they create a more functional floor plan with a modern kitchen, statement lighting and unique exposed floor joists on the first level.
100 Day Dream Home is produced by NorthSouth Productions.
