COMING UP THIS SEASON:

· After a couple of significantly groundbreaking years in Los Angeles luxury real estate, the housing market has taken a turn for the worse. Between high interest rates, the "Mansion Tax" and a low inventory of homes, the city's hottest agents Josh Altman, Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor are back and feeling a new kind of heat. Stuck in the middle of a shaky market, deals are dragging out, taking much longer to close than before. The agents find themselves accepting deals they never would have previously and getting more innovative with their strategies, employing any means necessary to close the deal.

· Josh Altman remains dedicated to expanding his real estate empire alongside his wife, Heather Altman, who serves as CEO of The Altman Brothers. Josh prioritizes his goal of securing $500 million worth of active listings in Orange County timed to the opening of the new Altman Brothers OC office, which presents its own set of challenges that Heather's tackling. Josh's drive for success also starts encroaching on his home life, sparking conflict with Heather. Following the record-breaking sale of Chateau Dubrow, Josh welcomes a younger Dubrow to the team as a summer intern, which may just lead to securing another lucrative deal with the intern's parents.

· Josh Flagg experiences a tinge of buyer's remorse after impulsively purchasing his childhood dream home sight unseen. Starting off the season in a rift, Flagg competes with Altman to sell listings on the same street and, surprisingly, finds himself falling in love with Altman's property. Newly single, Flagg is looking to make a few life changes and is torn between which new address to call his forever home. He takes on the Grande Dame of historical estates in Pasadena and enlists the help of a famous friend to create a splashy marketing video.

· Tracy Tutor has her hands full between rescuing first-time home buyers in the Valley, co-listing a property in the Flats alongside Flagg while he jets off to Paris and encountering unexpected surprises at her penthouse listing in West Hollywood. Tracy also continues to venture into the Texas and Orange County markets, tackling what should be a fast sell in Laguna Beach. Despite experiencing heartbreak following the ending of her relationship with Erik, she never allows setbacks to hinder her momentum. Instead, she directs her attention to her daughters and career all while effortlessly upholding her impeccable style.

· "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" is produced by World of Wonder and executive produced by Fenton Bailey, Randy Barbato, Samantha Hartzband and Rebecca Hertz.
