BURBANK, CA (September 18, 2024) - The CW Network today announced the new and returning marquee sponsors for CW Sports programming this fall including ACC Football, Pac-12 Football and NASCAR Xfinity Series racing.

The second season of ACC football on The CW sees Verizon returning as the presenting sponsor for all games with Subaru returning as the halftime sponsor. The network will also welcome State Farm(R) to its roster of advertisers as this year's presenting sponsor for all Pac-12 football games. During its broadcasts of college football this fall, The CW will partner with 62 different advertising brands, 29 of which are new to The CW.

Pac-12 football continues this weekend with an "after dark" matchup between San Jose State and Washington State on Friday, September 20 (10:00 p.m.-1:30 a.m. ET). Saturday, September 21, features a primetime ACC showdown between TCU and SMU (5:00-8:30 p.m. ET) followed by a Pac-12 interconference game with Purdue visiting Oregon State (8:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m. ET). This season's college football broadcasts on The CW also feature the return of the acclaimed "ump cam" technology, bringing viewers closer to the action by showcasing the on-field perspective of the Umpire.

"We are thrilled to welcome new sponsors such as State Farm to The CW, even as we renew our existing partnerships with Verizon and Subaru of America this fall and bring an action-packed sports lineup to viewers around the country," said Todd Braverman, EVP/Head of National Sales for Nexstar Media Group, Inc., majority owner of The CW Network. "We look forward to collaborating with these premier brands and our entire roster of advertising partners as The CW expands its sports footprint."

The CW also has added more than 25 new advertisers for its exclusive broadcast coverage of the NASCAR Xfinity Series playoff races this fall. The network will utilize side-by-side ad breaks during key moments of these high-stakes playoff races to enhance the Xfinity Series experience on The CW and ensure that race fans do not miss a moment of action on the track.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series makes its debut on The CW on Friday, September 20, from Bristol Motor Speedway and continues through the 2024 playoffs. Coverage begins with the new pre-race show NASCAR COUNTDOWN LIVE (7:00-7:30 p.m. ET), with the race starting at 7:30 p.m. ET as drivers make their final push to qualify for the Xfinity Series playoffs.
