PEACOCK DEBUTS NBC NEWS MULTIVIEW ON 2024 U.S. ELECTION NIGHT

Peacock to Launch Premier League Multiview and "Live in Browse" Feature, Making It Even Easier to Discover and Watch Live Events

NEW YORK - Oct. 24, 2024 - Peacock will expand the Multiview experience, one of the most popular features from its 2024 Paris Olympics coverage, to election night, marking the first time it will be available beyond sports content. Leveraging NBC News coverage, Peacock's election Multiview will present viewers on Nov. 5 with a curated three-view experience featuring breaking news, data analysis and real-time results.

"Peacock continues to define the live streaming experience for audiences," said Kelly Campbell, President, Peacock and Direct-to-Consumer, NBCUniversal. "By expanding our popular Multiview feature to election night, we're coupling the incredible expertise of NBC News with Peacock's leading technology to curate a customer-first way to watch election coverage."

Peacock's election Multiview will feature three live streams of NBC News coverage and analysis, allowing users to move around the screens, switch the audio, and click through to watch full screen and dive deeper into the action. The election Multiview will include:

· NBC News Now: Breaking news and real-time election coverage from the award-winning NBC News team, led by Lester Holt and Savannah Guthrie, with journalists reporting from battleground states.

· Kornacki Cam: Informative election night analysis from Steve Kornacki, National Political Correspondent for NBC News and MSNBC, at the big board analyzing the polling numbers as they come in through the night.

· Election Results and Balance of Power Map: Electoral College results and other key results from the NBC News Decision Desk.

HOW TO WATCH ELECTION COVERAGE ON PEACOCK

· Peacock users can easily find all election-related content within Peacock's Election Hub in the main navigation Nov. 1-7 and can catch up on key news stories leading up to and following the election.

· The Multiview experience on Peacock will be available starting at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT on Tuesday, Nov. 5 and will run until approximately 2 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

· Multiview will be available across smart TVs, streaming devices, web browsers and tablets.

LIVE STREAMING ON PEACOCK

The election Multiview builds on the success of Peacock's Multiview experience for the Paris Olympics - more than a quarter of Olympics viewers on Peacock watched via the feature, making it easier than ever to discover and watch live events.

Following the election, Multiview will be available for Premier League on Peacock starting Dec. 4, allowing fans to watch up to four matches at once. Beginning in November, Peacock will bring even more prominence to live events with a new "Live in Browse" feature; live events will play in the Spotlight rail as soon as viewers open the app to make it even easier to start watching.
