Alice Kellen's El mapa de los anhelos coming to the screen
Netflix announced today that it will bring to the screen El mapa de los anhelos, the acclaimed novel by Spanish writer Alice Kellen, published by Editorial Planeta. Isa Sánchez (The Gardener, Raising Voices) will be in charge of writing this limited series, which will be produced by Brutal Media (Bank Under Siege, Welcome to Edén).

The limited series El mapa de los anhelos, tells the moving story of Greta, who claims she was born with the purpose of saving her sister Lucy, who suffers from leukemia, through her stem cells. However, events take an unexpected turn and Lucy passes away, leaving Greta with a deep existential void. Before departing, Lucy creates "El mapa de los anhelos," a game that challenges Greta to face her grief and discover her own path. On this journey, Greta will meet Will, an enigmatic young man with a haunting past. Can we love someone without loving ourselves?
