TUBI PARTNERS WITH UNINTERRUPTED ON NEW SPORTS DOCUMENTARY "THE SECOND SET" WITH NAOMI OSAKA

New Distribution Deal Between Tubi and Fulwell Entertainment's UNINTERRUPTED Kicks Off with Documentary Produced by HANA KUMA and NIKE in August 2025

SAN FRANCISCO, June 17, 2025 - Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation's (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced a partnership with Uninterrupted for the sports documentary, THE SECOND SET, which chronicles renowned athlete Naomi Osaka's return to professional tennis after the birth of her child. The documentary film is set to premiere in August 2025 as a Tubi Exclusive.

THE SECOND SET will deliver an intimate look into the life of Osaka as she navigates balancing her career with first-time motherhood and is described as a love letter to her daughter, Shai. THE SECOND SET is produced by Hana Kuma and Nike and directed by documentary filmmaker Kat Jayme ("The Grizzlie Truth", "I'm Just Here for the Riot", "Finding Big Country"). The title is the first of a larger multi-year, multi-program distribution partnership between Tubi and Fulwell Entertainment's Uninterrupted for athletic-centric sports and culture stories.

"This film is special to me because I've learned so much about life through Shai and she brings me so much joy," said Osaka. "I'll always look fondly on this period of our lives."

"At Tubi, we're dedicated to serving up content that lives at the vibrant intersection of sports and culture - telling timely, relevant stories that truly resonate and rally viewers," said Sam Harowitz, SVP of Content Acquisitions and Partnerships at Tubi. "By partnering with Nike and Uninterrupted, pioneers in athlete-driven storytelling, we're proud to bring game-changing programming like THE SECOND SET with Naomi Osaka to our audience, shining a powerful spotlight on her journey both on and off the court."

"Naomi Osaka is a once-in-a-generation voice - thoughtful, fearless, and authentic. Partnering with her on this project has been a privilege. And none of it would've been possible without the incredible support and creative trust of our collaborators at Nike, who've been true partners from day one. This film also marks the first step in a broader partnership with Tubi, as we work together to spotlight more culture-shaping stories. We're just getting started - and we're excited to keep building with athletes, brands, and platforms who believe in the power of storytelling to move the world forward." said Maverick Carter, CO-CEO of Fulwell Entertainment.

THE SECOND SET is produced by Fulwell Entertainment's Uninterrupted, founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter, and Hana Kuma, founded by Naomi Osaka and Stuart Duguid. James, Carter, Jamal Henderson and Philip Byron from Uninterrupted also serve as executive producers. The deal was brokered by Uninterrupted's Albert MJ Choi and Tubi's Ian Nelson.
