ACCESS HOLLYWOOD/ACCESS DAILY/KARAMO/STEVE WILKOS SHOW, THE (Syndication) - All four series will sign off with their current season as producer NBCUniversal Syndication Studios is getting out of the first-run series business. The latter two has already completed production while the former duo will sunset at the end of the summer. (Deadline.com, 3/13)
ALL THE QUEEN'S MEN/AVERAGE JOE/DIARRA FROM DETROIT/MS. PAT SHOW, THE/ZATIMA (BET+) - Paramount+ will absorb BET+ at the beginning of June, folding all of its content under its BET Hub. The company has likewise reacquired its reported 25% stake from Tyler Perry ("valued at tens of millions of dollars"), who will continue to produce series for the streamer under his previously announced deal that runs until 2028. Current BET+ users "will be offered a discount to join Paramount+ when the app is sunsetted." (Deadline.com, 3/13)
AT HOME WITH THE FURYS (Netflix) - The reality series is "is set to be renewed ahead of the Season 2 premiere next month." (Deadline.com, 3/11)
BALLARD (Amazon) - The show's second season has added Hamish Linklater as Chris Alexander, "an ambitious and magnetic figure whose boyish sincerity and sharp intellect make him instantly compelling"; Ever Carradine as Lauren Sousa, "a devoted mother whose past involvement in an influential spiritual movement continues to shape her present"; and Benjamin Bratt as Ryan Ainsley, "a former DEA Agent who traded taking down hardened drug dealers for a simpler life as a cowboy tending to his Idaho ranch." BAYWATCH (FOX) - Shay Mitchell, Noah Beck, Brooks Nader, and Livvy Dunne have all scored roles on the series. Mitchell will play Trina, "a former lawyer who walked away from a top-tier firm to dedicate herself to lifeguarding full-time"; with Beck as Luke, "a rookie lifeguard, and the youngest in a family of firefighters who chose the beach over the firehouse"; Nader as Selene, "the sharp-tongued Captain of the Zuma Beach lifeguards"; and Dunne as Grace, "a highly enthusiastic junior lifeguard". BISHOP (Amazon) - Jordana Brewster and Jennifer Jason Leigh will star opposite Joel Kinnaman and John Malkovich in the upcoming drama. Brewster will play Kat Claiborne, "a seasoned inspector at the San Francisco Police Department." And Leigh is Jillian Graves, "Lincoln Graves' (Malkovich) sister, and aunt to Bishop Graves (Kinnaman)." (Deadline.com, 3/13)
BOSCH: START OF WATCH (MGM+) - The prequel series has added Azita Ghanizada as Stacy, "an ambitious, razor-sharp lawyer drawn to the thrill of criminal power"; William Fichtner as Calhern, "a respected defense attorney turned power broker in LA's criminal underworld"; and Kathleen Wilhoite as Helen, "Bosch's devoted foster mother, whose recent loss of her husband has left a deep wound." BRILLIANT MINDS (NBC) - Ed Begley Jr., Anne Archer, Mamie Gummer, and Ana Ortiz are bound for the show's remaining episodes, which will roll out beginning Wednesday, May 27 at 8:00/7:00c. Begly Jr. will play Duke: "A once-commanding patriarch, Duke struggles to hold onto the memories that defined him. But as they slip away, Wolf becomes determined to help him make amends with his estranged son before it's too late." Archer will portray Bonnie, "a kindhearted matriarch who must find a way to reconcile the future she dreamed of with the reality she faces." Gummer is Regan, "a psychiatric patient whose harrowing episodes estrange her from everyone at Hudson Oaks.... except for Wolf. After taking a keen interest in Regan, Wolf discovers there may be more to her case than meets the eye." And Ortiz is Alyssa Rivera: "Fresh out of prison, Alyssa is determined to earn her way back into her old life, no matter the cost." (Deadline.com, 3/13)
CARRIE (Amazon) - Mike Flanagan has signed a multi-year overall deal with producer Amazon MGM Studios, home to his upcoming Stephen King adaptation. (Deadline.com, 3/9)
COVERS (Netflix) - Chip Johannessen has boarded Lena Dunham's spy series as co-showrunner. The project has a commitment for a 20-week writers' room. (Deadline.com, 3/13)
DARK WINDS (AMC) - Martin Sensmeier and Paola Núñez have both been cast in the show's fifth season. Sensmeier will play Terry Bai, "a former Vietnam vet turned racetrack worker with ties to Chee (Kiowa Gordon) from middle school." And Núñez is set as Luisa Alvarado, "a lead investigator for the U.S. Attorney's office and someone from Leaphorn's (Zahn McClarnon) past." (Deadline.com, 3/11)
DIFFERENT WORLD SEQUEL SERIES, A (Netflix) - Jada Pinkett Smith will reprise her role of Lena James in the upcoming revival series. (Deadline.com, 3/12)
DOC (FOX) - Blair Underwood has joined the cast of the show's recently ordered third season a Dr. Ben Grant, "a world-class trauma and cardiothoracic surgeon with an ego that somehow outpaces even his resume. A once-in-a-generation talent with the swagger to match, he doesn't just save lives - he owns the OR. Impossibly magnetic and even more confident, he's never not been the smartest person in the room.... until he meets Dr. Amy Larsen (Molly Parker). Almost instantly, their approaches clash, egos collide, and sparks fly like Westside has never seen. Together, their brilliance is unmatched - as long as they can survive each other." DOUBLE OR NOTHING (Hulu, New!) - Theodore Bressman and Neel Shah have sold a potential comedy to the streamer: "Written by Bressman and Shah, in Double Or Nothing, a washed-up yacht rocker gets a second chance at greatness when he teams up with a hungry young rapper to make the album of both of their lives. It's a half-hour comedy about getting it right the second time around." Mark Ronson, Peter Rosenberg, Brandon Creed, Mikey Schwartz-Wright, and Bryan Diperstein will also executive produce for Good World Productions, Adventure Media Productions, and 20th Television. DURANGO (Hulu) - Eliza Clark's drama has landed a pilot commitment from the streamer: "Written by Clark, Durango follows Mikey, a ski bum townie chasing a buzz, and Bunny, a homeschooled runaway working as a greasy-spoon waitress. Together they're riding an avalanche of bad decisions and falling in love while running from cops, criminals, and Mikey's wife in pursuit of their own American dream." Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer are also on board to executive produce for 20th Television and Media Res. (Deadline.com, 3/11)

FURIOUS (FX) - Liz Meriwether has signed a new overall deal with 20th Television, her studio home for nearly 20 years. (Deadline.com, 3/10)
GHOSTS (CBS) - Christopher Jackson and James Austin Johnson will drop by the series as Anthony, "an HR rep at Mahoning Capital who calls in Trevor's fake employee alter ego, 'Michael Jackson,' after questionable stripper‑gram behavior"; and Joe, "the local historical expert who helps Sam and Jay navigate the process of declaring Woodstone a historical monument," respectively. HOLDOUT, THE (HBO, New!) - The Amy Adams-led adaptation of Graham Moore's novel has quietly been set up at the pay channel with a 20-week writers' room: "A legal drama-meets-murder investigation in the vein of The Night Of with a dual-timeline mystery, The Holdout is set in Los Angeles and follows a woman (Adams) who finds herself playing multiple roles - juror, attorney, investigator, and suspect." Mickey Down and Konrad Kay are penning the project with Adams, Moore, Drew Comins, Stacy O'Neil, and Kate Clifford also executive producing for Bond Group Entertainment, Creative Engine Entertainment, and Fifth Season. HOW TO SURVIVE WITHOUT ME (HBO Max) - Julia Schlaepfer has been added to the drama pilot as Liz, "a gorgeous mess who inherited her mother's gift for storytelling, but not her discipline. Liz possesses both vulnerability and strength, but her struggles with self-worth as well as a penchant for chaos cause her to make questionable choices about her life." (Deadline.com, 3/9)
HUNTING PARTY, THE (NBC) - The show's second season has added guest stars Piper Perabo as Colette Akins, "a woman who grew up working for her father's family mortuary business"; Kevin McHale as Dylan Myles, "a struggling ventriloquist who never learned how to deal with hecklers - other than killing them"; Jeff Dunham as Jeff Dudley, "a star in the world of ventriloquism, and the unfortunate target of failed ventriloquist and escaped Pit inmate, Dylan Myles"; and John Corbett as Xander Wax, "a serial poisoner with unpredictable patterns and nontraditional methods." LAND, THE (Hulu) - Benjamin Bratt will recur on the newcomer as "an NFL head coach who formerly worked for Danny (Christopher Meloni)." (Deadline.com, 3/9)
LEX (Hulu, New!) - Sean Clements has scored a pilot order from the streamer for a new comedy series: "Written by Clements, in Lex, when a disgraced former reality star accidentally films a murder in the background of a $20 Cameo video, he finds himself at the center of a global conspiracy - and on the run from powerful forces who want him dead. Using the skills he acquired navigating reality TV's toxic social dynamics, Lex must fight to not get killed, to expose the truth, and most importantly.... to get back on TV." MATLOCK (CBS) - Gina Rodriguez will guest on the show's second season finale in a yet-to-be-revealed role. (Deadline.com, 3/11)
MILLENNIUM (HBO, New!) - Dave Harris has sold a new drama to the network. No plot deals were given about the project, which is also executive produced by Malcolm Spellman and Drew Comins for Creative Engine Entertainment. (Deadline.com, 3/13)
MORNING SHOW, THE (Apple TV) - Jeff Daniels will recur on the show's fifth season as Lukas, "a self-made billionaire and founder of a well-known investment firm." (Deadline.com, 3/9)
MOVERS/UNTITLED WITNESS PROTECTION PILOT (FX) - The network has confirmed it has passed on both pilots. (Deadline.com, 3/10)
POWER: ORIGINS (Starz) - Zuri Reed has been cast as Tasha in the prequel series, a role originated by Naturi Naughton in the parent series. (Deadline.com, 3/9)
PROTECTION (NBC) - Tommy O'Brien has been added to the drama pilot as Micah Thornhill, "A Secret Service agent who uses his charm as a superpower. He joins the previously announced Peter Krause as Mike Thornhill and Hope Davis as Joan, a federally appointed US Marshal who is strong, steely, and commands respect at work." Additionally, Rebecca Thomas will direct and executive produce the pilot. (Deadline.com, 3/13)
RAINMAKER, THE (USA Network) - Merle Dandridge has joined the cast of the show's second season as Amanda Vonn, "a powerhouse attorney who provides a fresh gateway to power for Sarah (Madison Iseman) and a new kind of adversary for Rudy (Milo Callaghan)." (Deadline.com, 3/9)
SOMEBODY FEED PHIL (YouTube) - Newly produced episodes of the series will move non-exclusively to a new Phil Rosenthal World YouTube Channel in 2027. Banijay Americas and Banijay Rights are co-producing the new episodes alongside Rosenthal's production banner Lucky Bastards. Netflix will remain the home of the series' first eight seasons. STEWIE (FOX/Hulu, New!) - The network has given a two-season order to a "Family Guy" spin-off series from Seth MacFarlane and Kirker Butler, which is targeted to premiere during the 2027-28 season: "In the offshoot, after getting the boot from his old preschool, Stewie is forced to enroll in a new one that's not exactly top-of-the-line. It's attended by a handful of kids he doesn't know, and a 75-year-old class turtle with a half-cocked theory on just about every subject. Stewie's miserable, the other kids are miserable, and even the turtle is miserable.... until Stewie begins rolling out his trusty array of devices to take them anywhere in space and time, turning every boring day at school into an insane and surreal adventure." FOX and Hulu jointly commissioned the series from 20th Television Animation and Fuzzy Door Productions. Kara Vallow will also executive produce. (Deadline.com, 3/12)

TILLBROOKS, THE (CBS) - Kate Walsh will star opposite Rhys Darby in the comedy pilot as "the Tillbrooks matriarch Jocelyn who knows what she wants and expects to get it. Highly theatrical and exceedingly ambitious, Jocelyn can frequently be found breaking out into song or scheming for ways to elevate her family's status." Also cast are Jax James as Dougie, "Maureen's only son who is not even ten but acts like a 60-year-old scholar and has no time for childish fancies." (Deadline.com, 3/10)
TINK (Disney+) - Liz Heldens and Bridget Carpenter are spearheading the long-in-the-works drama series at Disney Branded Television about Tinker Bell, the iconic fairy from created by J.M. Barrie's "Peter Pan." Gary Marsh and Quinn Haberman will also executive produce for Selfish Mermaid and 20th Television. (Deadline.com, 3/9)
TULSA KING (Paramount+) - Flula Borg will recur on the new season as "tech billionaire, Bradley Van Heusen." (Deadline.com, 3/12)
UNTITLED DEL TREDICI AND GOOR PROJECT (NBC) - Keith David has been cast in the Jake Johnson-led comedy pilot, which has also added Akiva Schaffer to direct and executive produce. David will play Garner Taggert, "who runs the Garner Taggart PI Agency where his son Mitch and Mickey are the main PIs. He's a tough guy with somewhat antiquated views of the world." VIRGIN RIVER (Netflix) - Marco Grazzini's Mike Valenzuela and Lauren Hammersley's Charmaine will not return for the show's eighth season but could be back in subsequent seasons. (Deadline.com, 3/12)
WE WERE LIARS (Amazon) - Dempsey Bryk's Ebon will return as a regular for the series' second season. (Deadline.com, 3/9)
WHAT THE DEAD KNOW (NBC) - Michiel Huisman will star opposite Taylor Schilling in the drama pilot as William Grant, "an experienced NYPD homicide detective who thinks justice is simple - black and white." Additionally, Fred Berner is set as the director/executive producer. (Deadline.com, 3/9)
YELLOWJACKETS (Showtime) - Executive producer Drew Comins has signed an exclusive, overall television deal with A24 where he'll develop new series projects via his Creative Engine Entertainment production company. Comins previously had a first-look deal at Fifth Season. (Deadline.com, 3/13)
YES, CHEF! (NBC) - The network has canceled the cooking competition series after one season. (Deadline.com, 3/12)
YOUTH (HBO) - Sharlene Whyte, Aran Murphy, and Robbie Gee have landed roles on the Sharon Horgan-led comedy series. No other details were given. (Deadline.com, 3/9)
