Together they run their hotel, Fawlty Towers, with a little help from the unflappable Polly (Connie Booth, The Buccaneers), and hardly any help at all from Manuel (Andrew Sachs, Coronation Street), a trainee waiter from Barcelona with marginally more intelligence than a monkey.
