Rankings: �NBA Finals on ABC-GM 6,� between Dallas and Miami, ranked as the No. 1 program of the week in Total Viewers, each of the key adult (Adults 18-34/Adults 18-49/Adults 25-54) and men demographics (Men 18-34/Men 18-49/Men 25-54), Teens 12-17 and Kids 2-11. In fact, ABC�s 2006 NBA Finals games rank as the Top 2 highest-rated TV telecasts of the summer (post-Memorial Day) in Adults 18-49, holding 6 of the Top 7 positions of the frame: Game 6 � No. 1, Game 5 � No. 2, Game 2 � No. 4, Game 3 � No. 5, Game 1 � No. 6 and Game 4 � No. 7. Additionally, the NBA Finals games represent the Top 6 highest-rated telecasts this summer in each of the key men demographics: Men 18-34, Men 18-49 and Men 25-54. ABC News� �Primetime� and �20/20� ranked as the two top-rated newsmagazines for the week in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54.

Tuesday

For the second week in a row, coverage of the 2006 NBA Finals helped ABC win Tuesday night in Total Viewers (10.4 million) and Adults 18-49 (4.2/13). The Network again dominated Tuesday night across the key men demographics, outpacing its nearest competitors by sizeable margins: Men 18-34 +117% (5.0/18), Men 18-49 +113% (5.1/17) and Men 25-54 +93% (5.2/16). ABC has won all 6 nights among Adults 18-49 with its coverage of the 2006 NBA Finals, as each basketball game has also ranked as the No. 1 TV program of the evening in the key young adult sales demo.

� ABC produced its strongest summertime Tuesday night performance among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49 in 2 years � since 6/15/04, when it aired Game 5 of the 2004 Lakers-Pistons NBA Championship.

� As the Miami Heat beat the Dallas Mavericks by a score of 95-92 to clinch the 2006 NBA Finals, the �2006 NBA Finals on ABC � Game 6� (9:08 p.m. � 12:00 a.m.) stood as the most-watched TV program on Tuesday (15.7 million) and also ranked as the No. 1 television show of the evening in the key adult demographics and across each of the key men categories: Adults 18-34 (6.4/21), Adults 18-49 (6.5/19), Adults 25-54 (6.7/18), Men 18-34 (8.3/28), Men 18-49 (8.2/26) and Men 25-54 (8.3/24).

� Versus Game 6 of last year�s NBA Championship Series between San Antonio and Detroit (on 6/21/05), the Dallas-Miami �2006 NBA Finals on ABC � Game 6� increased by 16% in Total Viewers (15.7 million vs. 13.5 million) and by 23% in the key Adult 18-49 sales demographic (6.5/19 vs. 5.3/15). It was the highest-rated telecast for the 2006 NBA Finals.

� The 2006 NBA Finals six game average of the series was up by 13% among Total Viewers (13.0 million vs. 11.5 million) and by 13% in Adults 18-49 (5.3/16 vs. 4.7/14) over last year�s six game average.

� As a series, the 2006 NBA Finals qualified as ABC�s second-highest-rated NBA Championship Series since it began airing the Finals in 2003. The 2006 NBA Finals were up by 4% among Total Viewers (13.0 million vs. 12.5 million) and by 4% in Adults 18-49 (5.3/16 vs. 5.1/16) over the 2005 NBA Finals seven game series average.

Thursday

�Master of Champions� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

The series premiere of �Master of Champions� attracted 6.1 million viewers and a 2.0 rating, 7 share among Adults 18-49, finishing second in the hour in viewers.

� ABC was up by 1.0 million viewers (6.1 million vs. 5.1 million) and by 11% among Adults 18-49 (2.0/7 vs. 1.8/7) compared to the same night last year (6/23/05). With the premiere, ABC drew its highest Adults 18-49 rating in the time period during the summer in nearly 2 years (since 8/12/04) with regular programming.

� �Master of Champions� grew by 10% in Total Viewers (5.8 million to 6.4 million) and by 22% among Adults 18-49 (1.8/7 to 2.2/8) from its first half-hour to its second half-hour.

Friday

ABC placed second on Friday night in both Total Viewers (5.8 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.8/6).

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

A repeat telecast of �America�s Funniest Home Videos� led the 8 o�clock hour in both Total Viewers (6.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.9/7). The video-clip show posted the Net�s largest audience and matched its best Adults 18-49 performance in the hour during the summer frame in over 2 years � since 9/19/03, non-sports programming.

Sunday

�Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

Building on its lead-in by 2.3 million viewers and by 75% in young adults, part 2 of a rebroadcast �Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� finished second in it time slot in Total Viewers (6.1 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.1/7). The unscripted program ranked No. 1 in its hour among Women 18-49 (2.7/8) and Women 25-54 (3.0/8).

�Grey�s Anatomy� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

A repeat of ABC�s �Grey�s Anatomy� also placed second in its hour in Total Viewers (6.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.3/6), while taking the top spot among Women 18-49 (3.2/9) and Women 25-54 (3.7/9).
