April 3, 2008 (Burbank, CA) - Against all reality competition, The CW's hit series AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL surged this week with its most watched episode (4.1mil) of the cycle, according to preliminary live plus same day Nielsen ratings for Wed., April 2, 2008. In female demos, TOP MODEL matched its premiere and this cycle's best ratings in women 18-49 (2.9/8) and had its strongest women 18-34 (3.4/10) performance in a month (since March 5, 2008).
AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL ranked second in its time period in adults 18-34 (2.2/7), and women 18-34 and women 18-49, behind only FOX.
AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL was up week-to-week across the board, including 22% in adults 18-34, 12% in adults 18-49 (1.9/6), 21% in women 18-34, 12% in women 18-49 and 17% in total viewers.
