"NCIS" Delivers Its Best Deliveries in Viewers and Key Demographics Since November

On a competitive night that included the season finale of "Dancing with the Stars" and the final performance show of "American Idol," the two-hour season finale of NCIS led CBS to its largest Tuesday audience of the season, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 20.

From 8:00-10:00 PM, NCIS was second in households (10.3/16), viewers (16.35m), adults 25-54 (4.9/12) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.4/09, with ABC).

This is NCIS's best households and viewers deliveries since Nov. 27, 2007 and best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 performances since Nov. 20, 2007.

For the night, CBS posted its largest Tuesday audience of the season (14.42m), its best Tuesday adult 25-54 performance (4.4/11) since Oct. 16, 2007 and highest adult 18-49 rating (3.1/08) since Dec. 4, 2007.

"NCIS" Delivers Its Best Deliveries in Viewers and Key Demographics Since the Fall

On a competitive night that included the season finale of "Dancing with the Stars" and the final performance show of "American Idol," the two-hour season finale of NCIS led CBS to its largest Tuesday audience of the season, according to updated Nielsen live plus same day ratings for May 20.

From 8:00-10:00 PM, NCIS was second in households (10.3/16), viewers (16.52m), adults 25-54 (5.0/12) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.4/09, with ABC).

This is NCIS's best households and viewers deliveries since Nov. 27, 2007 and best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 performances since Nov. 20, 2007.

For the night, CBS posted its largest Tuesday audience of the season (14.44m), its second best Tuesday adult 25-54 performance (4.4/11, only behind Oct. 16, 2007) and highest adult 18-49 rating (3.1/08) since Dec. 4, 2007.
