Finales of "Rules of Engagement" and "CSI: Miami" Deliver Largest Audiences of the Season

"Two and a Half Men" Ends Season with Its Best Deliveries Since November

Two-Hour Season Finale of "NCIS" Delivers Its Highest Ratings Since November -Opposite the Finale of "American Idol"

CBS had 7 of the top 10 scripted programs for the third straight week paced by the largest audiences of the season for the finales of RULES OF ENGAGEMENT and CSI: MIAMI and best deliveries since November for TWO AND A HALF MEN and NCIS, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending May 25, which included the final three days of the 2007-2008 television season.

For the week in viewers: CBS (8.53m), FOX (12.48m), ABC (8.42m) and NBC (5.25m). In the 2007-08 season (most current), CBS was second in viewers (10.52m), behind FOX (11.24m) and ahead of ABC (9.26m) and NBC (8.09m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 2.7/08 in adults 25-54 and 2.1/06 in adults 18-49. For the season, CBS is second in adults 25-54 (3.8/09) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.0/08, with ABC).

For the week in households: CBS (5.6/10), FOX (7.3/13), ABC (5.6/10) and NBC (3.5/06). For the season in households, CBS was first (6.7/11), +2% ahead of FOX (6.6/11), +12% ahead of ABC (6.0/10) and +29% ahead of NBC (5.2/08).

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

-- Monday, CBS (7.8/12, 12.54m) was second in viewers, adults 25-54 (5.1/12), adults 18-49 (4.0/11), tied for second in adults 18-34 (2.5/07, with ABC). This is CBS's best Monday delivery, with regularly scheduled first-run programming, since March 31, 2008 in households, viewers and adults 25-54.

? TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in adults 25-54 (6.3/14), second in households (9.0/14), viewers (14.70m) and adults 18-49 (4.8/12). This is TWO AND A HALF MEN's best delivery in both households and viewers since Nov. 26, 2007.

? RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was second in households (7.6/11), viewers (12.29m), adults 25-54 (5.5/12) and adults 18-49 (4.3/10). This is RULES OF ENGAGEMENT's best viewer delivery this season, second best households and adults 25-54 performances and best delivery in adults 18-49 since Nov. 12, 2007.

? CSI: MIAMI was first in households (10.4/17), viewers (16.27m), adults 25-54 (5.9/14), adults 18-49 (4.5/12) and adults 18-34 (2.8/08). This is CSI: MIAMI's best delivery in viewers this season, best households performance since Nov. 19, 2007 and best delivery in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since March 31, 2008.

? NCIS (8:00-10:00 PM) was second in households (10.3/16), viewers (16.52m), adults 25-54 (5.0/12) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.4/09, with ABC). This is NCIS's best households and viewers deliveries since Nov. 27, 2007 and best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 performances since Nov. 20, 2007.

? THE PRICE IS RIGHT MILLION DOLLAR SPECTACULAR was second in households (4.9/08), viewers (7.59m), adults 25-54 (2.1/06) and adults 18-49 (1.8/05). This is THE PRICE IS RIGHT MILLION DOLLAR SPECTACULAR's best Wednesday delivery this season in households and viewers, matches the best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 performance.
