OXYGEN SIZZLED THIS SUMMER WITH AUGUST SUCCESSES ON-AIR AND ONLINE

Oxygen.com Burned Brightly: Logs Best Month Ever with Over 26 Million Page Views

New York - September 3, 2008 - Oxygen.com stole the show this August - the website saw the most page views in a single month with 26 million - beating the previous record (of 14 million) in July by 82%. Oxygen also had its best August results ever for both total day and primetime on household coverage ratings and all key demos. This was the nineteenth consecutive month of year-over-year growth among W18-49, P18-49, W18-34, and total viewers on a total day basis. Oxygen is the fastest growing cable network for W18-49 among the top 25 cable networks for the quarter to date.

Oxygen.com crossed the "million mark" in daily page views for the first time on August 5. Oxygen.com logged its highest page view day ever on August 13 - the day after "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood's" season finale - with 2.2 million page views. In August, Oxygen.com streamed 1.6 million videos, up 24% from July. Oxygen Everywhere, continues to offer live voting, behind the scenes footage, exclusive games, social networking applications and a bOnus act following each original episode contributed to Oxygen's online successes in August.

Oxygen had its highest rated and most watched August ever on all key demos. This was Oxygen's second best month ever (behind the record setting results of July 2008). Oxygen's exponential growth started with the network's rebrand on June 17, which kicked off the summer. In primetime, Oxygen averaged a 0.5 household coverage rating for the month (up 25% from August 2007). As well, the channel notched 175,000 W18-49 viewers (ahead 36%), 236,000 P18-49 viewers (a gain of 33%), 83,000 W18-34 (up 22%), and 434,000 total viewers (a 30% improvement).

Oxygen also had its best August ever on a Total Day basis, with a 0.3 coverage rating (up 50% versus August 2007). Additionally, the channel saw new August peaks among W18-49 (107,000 up 23% compared to August 2007), P18-49 (144,000 - up 20%), W18-34 (52,000 - up 13%) and 252,000 total viewers (up 19%).

Contributing to this month's success was the wildly popular and buzzed about hit series, "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," which gave Oxygen it's highest rated telecast, most watched telecast, and most trafficked day online in the month of August. The show became Oxygen's highest rated, most watched and most clicked season of an original series ever across all key demos.

"The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency" also rounded out the month, debuting on August 26 to the series' most watched season premiere ever among key "Generation O" demos P18-49, W18-49 and W18-34. Page views for the show's website hit record highs on Tuesday, August 26 with 764,000 page views, and 5.4 million page views to date since the season four site launched.
