CBS Remains the Only Network to Post Season-to-Date Gains: Up +4% in Viewers and +2% in Adults 25-54

CBS is also the Only Network to Maintain Last Season's Adults 18-49 Delivery

Network Has 6 of the Week's Top 10 Programs and Half of the Top 20

CBS Posts Best Friday Delivery in Viewers Since February 2007 and Highest Ratings in Adults 18-49 in a Year

"Flashpoint" Posts Demo Gains for the Third Consecutive Week

Wednesday Comedies Post Week-to-Week Increases in Viewers and Key Demos

"Hallmark Hall of Fame" Presentation of "Loving Leah" Wins Time Period in Viewers

CBS placed first in viewers for the 15th time in 18 weeks, continuing to be the only major network to grow over last season in viewers (+4%) and adults 25-54 (+2%), and the only network to maintain last season's adults 18-49 delivery, according to Nielsen live plus same day most current ratings for the week ending Jan. 25, week 18 of the 2008-2009 television season.

For the week, CBS had six of the Top 10 programs: #3 CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, #4 TWO AND A HALF MEN, #6 CSI: MIAMI, #8 60 MINUTES, #9 CRIMINAL MINDS and #10 COLD CASE as well as 10 of the Top 20.

For the week in viewers: CBS (10.82m), FOX (10.54m), ABC (8.27m) and NBC (6.53m). Season-to-date, CBS is first in viewers (11.89m), ahead of ABC (9.07m), FOX (8.64m) and NBC (7.90m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (3.6/09) and averaged a 2.7/07 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.2/10) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (3.2/09, with FOX).

For the week in households: CBS (6.8/11), FOX (6.1/10), ABC (5.2/08) and NBC (4.1/07). In households, season-to-date, CBS is first (7.4/12), ahead of ABC (5.7/09), FOX (5.2/08) and NBC (4.9/08).

Compared to the same week last year, CBS was up +11% in households, +16% in viewers, +20% in adults 25-54 and +17% in adults 18-49.

Season-to-date compared to last season, CBS is the only broadcast network to improve its viewer delivery (from 11.42, +4%), adults 25-54 delivery (+2%) and maintain its adults 18-49 performance.

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

? TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (9.8/14), viewers (16.09m), adults 25-54 (6.7/14) and adults 18-49 (5.4/12). TWO AND A HALF MEN was Monday's #1 program in households, viewers and adults 25-54.

? CSI MIAMI was first in households (9.3/15), viewers (14.58m), adults 25-54 (5.0/12) and adults 18-49 (3.8/10).

? THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE (4.7/07, 7.29m) was up +12% in adults 25-54 (2.8/07 from 2.5/06), +11% in adults 18-49 (2.1/06 from 1.9/05), even in households and added +110,000 (from 7.18m, +2%) compared to last week.

? GARY UNMARRIED (4.4/07, 6.97m) was up +8% in adults 25-54 (2.8/06 from 2.6/06), +5% in adults 18-49 (2.2/05 from 2.1/05) and added +10,000 viewers (from 6.96m) compared to last week.

? CRIMINAL MINDS won its time slot in households (8.7/13) and viewers (13.82m). Compared to last week, CRIMINAL MINDS was up +9% in adults 25-54 (5.0/11 from 4.6/10), +6% in adults 18-49 (3.4/08 from 3.2/08) and added +40,000 viewers (from 13.78m).

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (10.6/16), viewers (17.57m), adults 25-54 (6.5/14) and second in adults 18-49 (4.9/12).

? ELEVENTH HOUR was first in households (7.8/13), viewers (12.31m) and adults 25-54 (4.1/10).

-- CBS won Friday night in households (6.6/11), viewers (10.78m), adults 25-54 (3.7/10) and adults 18-49 (2.6/08) - winning every half-hour in these measures for the third consecutive week. CBS won Friday night in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 for the 15th time in 17 weeks. This was CBS's best Friday delivery with first-run regularly scheduled programming since Feb. 16, 2007 in viewers, Feb. 23, 2007 in adults 25-54 and Jan. 18, 2008 in adults 18-49.

? GHOST WHISPERER won its time slot in households (7.0/12), viewers (11.18m), adults 25-54 (3.9/11) and adults 18-49 (2.8/09). First run episodes of GHOST WHISPERER won their time slot every week this season in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49. Compared to last week, GHOST WHISPERER was up +3% in households (from 6.8/12), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 3.6/10), +12% in adults 18-49 (from 2.5/08) and added +600,000 viewers (from 10.58m, +6%).

? FLASHPOINT won its time slot in households (6.2/11), viewers (10.18m), adults 25-54 (3.5/09) and adults 18-49 (2.4/07). Compared to last week, FLASHPOINT was up +6% in adults 25-54 (from 3.3/08) and +4% in adults 18-49 (from 2.3/07). This was CBS's best first-run regularly scheduled delivery in adults 25-54 since Feb. 9, 2007 ("Close to Home") and in adults 18-49 since Jan. 18, 2008 ("Moonlight").

? NUMB3RS won its time slot in households (6.7/12), viewers (10.96m), adults 25-54 (3.7/10) and adults 18-49 (2.7/08). Compared to last week, NUMB3RS was up +6% in adults 25-54 (from 3.5/09) and +8% in adults 18-49 (from 2.5/07). This was NUMB3RS's best delivery in adults 25-54 since Nov. 16, 2007 and in adults 18-49 since Nov. 7, 2008.

? 48 HOURS MYSTERY was first in households (5.1/09), viewers (7.80m), adults 25-54 (2.8/07) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06). This was 48 HOURS MYSTERY's best delivery in both households and viewers since Nov. 8, 2008, in adults 25-54 since March 24, 2007 and in adults 18-49 since March 8, 2008.

-- On Sunday, CBS was first in households (8.3/13), viewers (12.73m), second in adults 25-54 (3.4/08) and adults 18-49 (2.3/06).

? 60 MINUTES was first in households (8.9/15), viewers (14.21m), adults 25-54 (3.6/09) and second in adults 18-49 (2.4/07, -0.2 behind ABC).
