WE tv's Season Two Premiere of the Hit Series ''The Locator'' Garners A 1.2 HH

New York, NY, March 24, 2009 - WE tv's March 21 season two premiere of its original hit series, The Locator, garnered a 1.2 household rating. Total delivery for the premiere episode was 1,029,000. Within key demos, delivery was as follows: 301,000 for women 18-49; 394,000 among women 25-54; and 823,000 among W2+.* Season two of The Locator premiered as a one-hour special at 9 PM/8C. The series will air regularly as half-hour episodes, beginning Saturday, March 28 at 9 PM/8C.

WE tv's originals continue to resonate with viewers and deliver record-breaking ratings. When The Locator premiered on the network in September 2008, the opener generated a 1.0 HH rating. Throughout its run, The Locator more than doubled the viewership of WE tv's yearly primetime average: HHs were up 133% (0.7 vs. 0.3), W18-49 up 72% (179K vs. 104K) and W25-54 were up 114% (212K vs. 99K). The Locator ended its first season with a 0.7 HH rating, making it the highest-rated series in WE tv's history.

The Locator stars Troy Dunn, aka "The Locator," who has spent the past 15 years searching for and successfully locating thousands of missing people. In each episode, Troy personally selects one particularly dire or time-sensitive "angel" case and sets out to locate the missing person. Viewers follow the emotional journey as Dunn and his team navigates around roadblocks, uncovers hidden clues and conducts interviews in order to piece together the whereabouts of the missing person. Once the mystery has been solved, viewers are granted access to the always poignant and in many cases, restorative reunion.

For WE tv, the series Executive Producer is Kelly Hefner and SVP of Programming is Steve Cheskin. The Locator is produced for WE tv by Asylum Entertainment.
