"TORI & DEAN: HOME SWEET HOLLYWOOD" MOST WATCHED SEASON PREMIERE IN OXYGEN'S HISTORY AMONG NETWORK'S KEY W18-49 DEMO
Oxygen.com Sees Double and Triple Digit Increases Among All Key Metrics
New York - May 28, 2009 -The season four premiere of "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" ("Hollywood Movers and Shakers") on Oxygen was the network's most watched season premiere among W18-49. The premiere propelled Oxygen into the top ten networks for the 10PM hour among W18-49 and W18-34 for all ad-supported cable networks.
Tuesday's premiere was also the most watched "Tori & Dean" season premiere among P18-49, W18-49 and total viewers. The episode drew in 424,000 W18-49 (up 19% compared to the premiere of season 3), 539,000 P18-49 (up 20%), 204,000 W18-34 (on par) and 763,000 total viewers (up 14%).
Online saw impressive gains as well with www.oxygen.com experiencing double and triple digit increases across all key metrics. Page views experienced a 145% increase compared to the premiere day of season three. While video streams were up 59% on Tuesday. Mobile users turned out in force on Tuesday with a 324% increase in views on the "Tori & Dean" showsite on wap.oxygen.com, Oxygen's mobile site. And mobile voting during Tuesday's episode was up 120% compared to last season's premiere.
In season four of "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," actors and proud parents Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are back balancing parenthood with the pressures of living in Tinseltown. Additional features include live mobile voting during every episode, bonus footage online as well as photo galleries, blogs and more. Also launching during this season is Oxygen's first-ever online companion series, "Mommywood" based on Tori Spelling's new book.
