Accidentally on Purpose Delivers Highest Adult 18-49 and Adult 18-34 Ratings of the Season

"The Big Bang Theory" Notches Series High Adult 18-34 Ratings and Second Best Deliveries in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

CBS Places First on Monday in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

CBS placed first on Monday in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 paced by season high adult 18-49 ratings for ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE and second best deliveries in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 for THE BIG BANG THEORY, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Oct. 19.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.6/09, 8.76m) was second in adults 18-49 (3.5/10) and adults 18-34 (3.3/10).

ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE (5.5/08, 8.62m) was second in adults 18-34 (2.5/07), tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.4/09, with ABC), and averaged a 3.8/09 in adults 25-54. If the ratings hold, this is ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE's best deliveries in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34, best performances in households, viewers and adults 25-54 since the series premiere.

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in adults 25-54 (5.9/13), adults 18-49 (4.7/12), second behind ABC in both households (8.6/13) and viewers (13.83m).

THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in adults 25-54 (6.1/13), adults 18-49 (5.1/12), adults 18-34 (3.9/10), second in both households (8.0/12) and viewers (13.12m). THE BIG BANG THEORY built on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in by +3% in adults 25-54, +9% in adults 18-49 and +22% in adults 18-34. THE BIG BANG THEORY was up +2% in both adults 25-54 (from 6.0/13) and adults 18-49 (from 5.0/12), +15% in adults 18-34 (from 3.4/09), even in households and added +50,000 viewers (from 13.07m) compared to last week.

This is BIG BANG THEORY's best adults 18-34 performance to date, second best viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 delivery ever.

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (8.2/14), viewers (12.65m), adults 25-54 (4.8/12), adults 18-49 (3.8/10) and adults 18-34 (2.7/10).

For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (4.0/10), second in households (7.3/11), viewers (11.60m) and adults 18-34 (3.1/10).

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.2/08, 8.07m) was second in adults 18-49 (3.4/09) and adults 18-34 (3.2/09).

ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE (5.2/08, 8.26m) was second in adults 18-34 (2.5/07) and averaged a 3.7/09 in adults 25-54 and 3.3/08 in adults 18-49. This is ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE's best delivery in adults 18-34 and matches best adults 18-49 delivery ever.

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in adults 25-54 (6.0/13), adults 18-49 (4.8/12), second behind ABC in both households (8.6/13) and viewers (14.07m).

THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in adults 25-54 (6.3/14), adults 18-49 (5.3/13), adults 18-34 (4.0/11), second in both households (8.1/12) and viewers (13.47m). THE BIG BANG THEORY built on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in by +5% in adults 25-54, +10% in adults 18-49 and +25% in adults 18-34. THE BIG BANG THEORY was up +1% in households (from 8.0/12), +5% in adults 25-54 (from 6.0/13), +6% in adults 18-49 (from 5.0/12), +18% in adults 18-34 (from 3.4/09) and added +400,000 viewers (from 13.07m, +3%) compared to last week.

This is BIG BANG THEORY's best viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-34 performances to date, matches best adults 18-49 delivery ever.

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (8.5/14), viewers (13.16m), adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (3.9/10) and adults 18-34 (2.8/08).

For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (4.1/10), second in households (7.4/11), viewers (11.70m) and adults 18-34 (3.1/09) for the second consecutive week.
