� Versus other network New Year's Eve specials, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010 � Part 1" outdelivered the combined audiences of NBC's "New Year's Eve w/Carson Daly" and Fox's "New Year's Eve - Times Square �09" by 26% in Total Viewers (17.67 vs. 14.01 million � NBC and Fox combined) and 20% in Adults 18-49 (8.12 vs. 6.79 million).

� The top New Year's Eve program on cable, Fox News Channel's "Fox's All American New Years" in Total Viewers (2.12 million viewers from 12:00-12:30 a.m.) and BET's "106 & Party" in Adults 18-49 (822,000 from 11:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m.) drew just a small fraction of the audience of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010 � Part 1."

� Compared to all primetime TV programs for the week (week of December 28, 2009), "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010 � Part 1" ranked No. 1 in both Total Viewers and Adults 18-49.
