CBS dramas and comedies scored a perfect 10 as the Network dominated the weekly ranking with the top 10 scripted programs of the week, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending March 7, week 24 of the 2009-2010 television season.

The Top 10 scripted programs in viewers:
