Powered by NCAA and its winning roster of regularly scheduled programming, CBS won the week in viewers, households, adults 25-54 and 18-49 (tied with Fox), according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending March 21, week 26 of the 2009-2010 television season.

In a competitive week that saw original programming on all the major networks, CBS claimed eight of the top 10 shows, including NCIS, NCIS: LOS ANGELES, UNDERCOVER BOSS, THE GOOD WIFE, 60 MINUTES, TWO AND A HALF MEN, THE AMAZING RACE and THE BIG BANG THEORY. Additionally NCAA BASKETBALL won every half-hour on Thursday, Friday and Saturday in viewers and key demos.

For the week in viewers: CBS (10.80m), FOX (9.22m), NBC (6.06m), and ABC (5.38m). Season-to-date, CBS is first in viewers (12.01m), ahead of FOX (10.11m), NBC (8.93m) and ABC (8.53m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS finished first with a 3.9/11 in adults 25-54 and 3.2/10 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.2/10) and second in adults 18-49 (3.3/09).

For the week in households: CBS (6.7/12), FOX (5.5/09), NBC (3.9/07), and ABC (3.5/06). In households season-to-date, CBS is first (7.3/12), ahead of FOX (5.9/09), NBC (5.4/09) and ABC (5.4/09).

CBS Highlights:

? TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) was first in households (7.8/12), viewers (12.70m), adults 25-54 (5.0/12), adults 18-49 (3.9/11) and adults 18-34 (2.5/08).

? THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) was first in households (7.2/11), viewers (11.67m), adults 25-54 (5.0/12), adults 18-49 (3.9/10) and adults 18-34 (2.6/08).

? NCIS was second in households (11.1/18), viewers (18.00m), adults 25-54 (5.1/13) and adults 18-49 (3.5/10).

? NCIS: LOS ANGELES was second in households (9.4/14), viewers (15.10m) and adults 25-54 (4.5/10).

? THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (8.6/15), viewers (13.40m), adults 25-54 (3.9/10) and adults 18-49 (2.6/08). THE GOOD WIFE topped "Parenthood" in viewers (vs. 5.83m, +130%), adults 25-54 (vs. 2.7/07, +44%) and adults 18-49 (vs. 2.3/07, +13%). THE GOOD WIFE beat NBC and ABC combined in viewers (vs. 10.10m, +33%).

? CBS NCAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP EVENING THURSDAY 1 (S) (7:00 PM-9:59 PM) posted a 5.7/11 in households with 8.90m viewers. CBS scored a 3.6/12 in adults 25-54, 3.2/12 in adults 18-49, 2.7/11 in adults 18-34, 4.6/16 in men 25-54, 4.1/16 in men 18-49 and 3.7/16 in men 18-34. CBS was first in these measures from 8:00-10:00 PM. Compared to the same game last year (7:00-9:56PM), CBS was up +3% in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49; the Network was even in both households and men 25-54.

? CBS NCAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP EVENING THURSDAY 2 (S) (10:10 PM-12:31 AM) posted a 5.6/11 with 8.88m viewers, 3.7/11 in adults 25-54, 5.2/16 in men 25-54, 3.4/11 in adults 18-49, 4.7/16 in men 18-49, 3.3/12 in adults 18-34 and 4.5/17 in men 18-34. CBS was first in these measures at 10 PM. Compared to the same game last year (3/19/09, 9:56 PM-12:17 AM), CBS was up +12% each in households, adults 25-54 and men 18-49, +10% in adults 18-49, +14% in adults 18-34, +16% in men 25-54 and +15% in men 18-34.

? CBS NCAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP EVENING FRIDAY 1 (S) (7:00 PM-10:06 PM) posted a 5.4/11 in households with 8.56m viewers. CBS scored a 3.4/12 in adults 25-54, 4.5/17 in men 25-54, 2.9/12 in adults 18-49, 3.8/16 in men 18-49, 2.5/11 in adults 18-34 and 3.0/15 in men 18-34. CBS was first in all of these measures from 8:00-10:00 PM. Compared to the same game last year (3/20/09, 7:00-9:35 PM), CBS was up +20% in households, +31% in adults 25-54, +21% in adults 18-49, +19% in adults 18-34, +29% in men 25-54, +23% in men 18-49 and +11% in men 18-34.

? CBS NCAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP EVENING FRIDAY 2 (S) (10:06 PM-12:43 AM) scored a 5.1/10 in households with 8.21m viewers. CBS posted a 3.5/11 in adults 25-54, 4.8/15 in men 25-54, 3.1/11 in adults 18-49, 4.0/15 in men 18-49, 2.8/11 in adults 18-34 and 3.2/14 in men 18-34. CBS was first in all of these measures from 10:00-11:00PM.

? CBS NCAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP SATURDAY 4 (S) (8:15 PM-10:50 PM) scored a 6.1/12 in households with 10.29m viewers. CBS posted a 4.1/13 in adults 25-54, 5.3/16 in men 25-54, 3.6/13 in adults 18-49, 4.7/16 in men 18-49, 3.5/14 in adults 18-34 and 4.4/18 in men 18-34. CBS was first in all of these measures from 8:00-11:00 PM.

? THE AMAZING RACE 16 (8:50-9:50 PM) was first in viewers (11.99m), adults 25-54 (4.8/11), adults 18-49 (3.8/09) and tied for first in households (6.9/11, with ABC's "Desperate Housewives") in the 9 PM hour. Compared to last week, THE AMAZING RACE 16 was up +19% in households (from 5.8/10), +23% in adults 25-54 (from 3.9/10), +27% in adults 18-49 (from 3.0/09) and added +1.89m viewers (from 10.10m, +19%). THE AMAZING RACE posted its best households and viewers deliveries since December 6, 2009 (the finale of THE AMAZING RACE 15), best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 performances since January 13, 2008 (the penultimate episode of THE AMAZING RACE 12).

? UNDERCOVER BOSS (9:50-10:50 PM) was first in households (8.6/14), viewers (14.47m), adults 25-54 (5.6/13) and adults 18-49 (4.4/11). Compared to last week, UNDERCOVER BOSS was up +10% in households (from 7.8/12), +12% in adults 25-54 (from 5.0/11), +13% in adults 18-49 (from 3.9/10) and added +960,000 viewers (from 13.51m, +7%). UNDERCOVER BOSS was Sunday's #1 program in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
