"Bad Girls Club" Season Four Is Network's Best Ever and New Series, "Love Games" Experiences Gains in Week 2

NEW YORK - March 24, 2010 - After last night's reunion special and completion of season four, Oxygen's "Bad Girls Club" made history again and became the network's best performing series ever. The milestone comes as part two of the "Bad Girls Club" reunion special propelled Oxygen to the #1 network among all television at 10PM among W18-34, according to Nielsen Media Research. The telecast also outperformed almost every broadcast program in Primetime among W18-34, except "American Idol" and "Lost."

The last telecast of the season earned 1.359 million for W18-49, 1.055 MM for W18-34, 1.740 million for A18-49 and 2.622 million total viewers. It was also the fourth telecast to draw over one million A18-34, the sixth telecast to draw over one million A18-49, and the fifth telecast to draw over two million total viewers.

Compared to the season average of "Bad Girls Club" season 3, season 4 is up +70% for A18-49 (1,235,000), +75% for W18-49 (934,000), +71% for W18-34 (679,000), and +81% for total viewers (1,837,000). This was the first Oxygen original series to average over one million viewers, A18-49.

Coming off of Oxygen's highest rated and most watched series premiere among all key demos and total viewers, "Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too," was up +9% A18-49, up +11% W18-34 and up +9% W18-49 from its premiere last week.

"Bad Girls Club" season four also marked the launch of its groundbreaking real time water cooler destination, www.OxygenLive.com, that gives fans a chance to socialize, interact and react to a show as it airs. OxygenLive saw triple digit growth since its launch during "Bad Girls Club" season premiere. Since its launch in December 2009, Oxygenlive has grown +161%. The social experience has generated over 14 million page views and attracted 264,000 unique visitors. In addition, the show site experienced double-digit growth compared to season three with daily uniques for the "Bad Girls Club" site up +35% and video streams are up +60%. www.Oxygen.com also saw growth with daily uniques up +27% while video streams are up +81%.

OxygenLive is activated for all original Oxygen programming including the network's new dating competition show, "Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too," which moves to its regular timeslot on Tuesday, March 30 at 10pm ET/PT, and for the new season premiere of "Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" when the show returns to its new home on Monday nights beginning April 5 at 10pm ET/PT, anchoring a second night of programming for the network.

Oxygen is pacing for its best first quarter ever on-air in Q12010.
