FOX Dominates Again with Four Nightly Wins

FOX DOMINATES AGAIN WITH FOUR NIGHTLY WINS

FOX continued its winning streak and remained the only broadcast network to post year-over-year gains this season (+3%). Four nightly wins, led by dominant performances by AMERICAN IDOL and GLEE, kept FOX at No. 1 for the season, out-pacing the next highest rated competitor by +16%.

On Monday, FOX's HOUSE and 24 combo ranked No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Women 18-34 and all key male demos.

· At 8p HOUSE posted a 3.9/11 among Adults 18-49 and was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-34. HOUSE ranked No. 1 in the 8p hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Women 18-34 and all key male demos.

· At 9p, '24' delivered a 2.8/7, up +9% among Adults 18-34. In fact, Monday's '24' posted the show's highest Adults 18-34 rating in almost three months (since 2/8/10).

FOX dominated Tuesday night with the No. 1 and No. 2 programs of the night in AMERICAN IDOL and GLEE. The hit shows delivered a nightly win among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key demos.

· The AMERICAN IDOL Top 5 performance show posted a 6.2/18 among Adults 18-49 and dominated its 8p hour among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key demos. AMERICAN IDOL showed advantages over its nearest competitors in the hour of +100% among Adults 18-49, +113% among Adults 18-34, +183% among Teens and +16% in Total Viewers.

· Week four of GLEE posted a 4.9/13 among Adults 18-49 and remained the highest rated new scripted series of the season among Adults 18-49. GLEE was the highest rated program of the night among young adults and teens, and in head to head competition in the 9p hour, GLEE outperformed its nearest competitors by +23% among Adults 18-49, +43% among Adults A18-34 and +150% among Teens.

· So far this spring GLEE has outperformed its prior season originals average (Wed 9p) by +58% among Adults 18-49, +50% among Adults 18-34, +58% among Teens and +73% among Total Viewers.

With the AMERICAN IDOL Top Five results show, Wednesday night saw another dominant win for FOX among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key demos:

· The AMERICAN IDOL Top Five results show posted a 6.5/18 among Adults 18-49 and grew +5% among Adults 18-49, +41% in Teens and +12% in Total Viewers compared to Tuesday's performance. AMERICAN IDOL outperformed the previous week's results by +23% among Teens.

· AMERICAN IDOL's Tue/Wed average outperformed ABC's Dancing With The Stars Mon/Tue average by +85% among Adults 18-49 and +11% in Total Viewers.

· So far this season, AMERICAN IDOL is showing 91% year-over-year retention among Adults 18-49, 91% among Adults 18-34, 95% among Teens and 92% in Total Viewers (Most Current ratings vs. Comparable Most Current).

Saturday's NASCAR RACE: DARLINGTON 500 led FOX to a win among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, and most key demos and No. 2 finish among Adults 18-34 and Teens.

Season-To-Date

Compared to the same weeks of the 08/09 season (9/22/08-5/09/09), FOX is up +3% among Adults 18-49 (3.7/10 vs. 3.6/10) and up +2% among Total Viewers (10.0 vs. 9.8 Mil). Among Adults 18-49: CBS and The CW are even and ABC (-7%) and NBC (-4%) are down.
