With strong performance by the network's expanding slate of original series -- most notably its No. 1 series "Pair of Kings" and its No. 1 original animated series "Kick Buttowski" -- along with Disney theatricals "Toy Story," "Toy Story 2" and "Ratatouille," Disney XD delivered its largest annual audience in the net's history in Total Day (includes Toon Disney) in Total Viewers (270,000) and across all key kid targets, including Kids 6-14 (132,000), Boys 6-14 (86,000), Kids 6-11 (107,000) and Boys 6-11 (69,000), posting solid double-digit percent increases in all key breaks.

· Disney XD posted hefty double-digit percent gains in Total Day across all target kid demos: Kids 6-14 (+12% - 132,000 vs. 118,000), Boys 6-14 (+16% - 86,000 vs. 74,000), Kids 6-11 (+14% - 107,000 vs. 94,000), Boys 6-11 (+17% - 69,000 vs. 59,000), Tweens 9-14 (+16% - 81,000 vs. 70,000) and Boys 9-14 (+18% - 53,000 vs. 45,000).

· Disney XD defeated Nicktoons by robust double-digit percentages in Total Day across the board: by 40% in Total Viewers (270,000 vs. 193,000), by 52% in Kids 6-14 (132,000 vs. 87,000), by 32% in Boys 6-14 (86,000 vs. 65,000), by 60% in Kids 6-11 (107,000 vs. 67,000), by 38% in Boys 6-11 (69,000 vs. 50,000), by 50% in Tweens 9-14 (81,000 vs. 54,000) and by 33% in Boys 9-14 (53,000 vs. 40,000).

In Prime, 2010 was Disney XD's most-watched year on record in Total Viewers (325,000) and in target measures Kids 6-14 (170,000), Boys 6-14 (113,000), Kids 6-11 (136,000), Boys 6-11 (89,000), Tweens 9-14 (105,000) and Boys 9-14 (71,000).

· Disney XD surpassed year-ago levels in Prime by double-digit percentages across its core kid demo group: Kids 6-14 (+21% - 170,000 vs. 141,000), Boys 6-14 (+24% - 113,000 vs. 91,000), Kids 6-11 (+21% - 136,000 vs. 112,000), Boys 6-11 (+24% - 89,000 vs. 72,000), Tweens 9-14 (+28% - 105,000 vs. 82,000) and Boys 9-14 (+29% - 71,000 vs. 55,000).

· Disney XD exceeded Nicktoons by double-digit percentages in Prime in Kids 6-14 (22% - 170,000 vs. 139,000), Kids 6-11 (27% - 136,000 vs. 107,000), Boys 6-11 (11% - 89,000 vs. 80,000), Tweens 9-14 (24% - 105,000 vs. 85,000) and Boys 9-14 (13% - 71,000 vs. 63,000).

Disney XD hit record levels for series launches during the year, while the debut of "Phineas and Ferb Summer Belongs to You" became the series' 2nd-most-watched telecast of all time in Total Viewers and target kids, behind only last December's premiere of "Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation."

· On January 18, 2010, original series "I'm in the Band" (7:00 � 7:30 p.m.) launched as Disney XD's No. 1 series premiere in the net's history (includes Toon Disney) in Total Viewers (863,000) and across the net's core kid and boy demos: Kids 6-14 (528,000), Boys 6-14 (325,000), Kids 6-11 (358,000), Boys 6-11 (241,000), Tweens 9-14 (375,000) and Boys 9-14 (231,000).

· On February 13, 2010, Disney XD broke more records, as newest original series "Kick Buttowski � Suburban Daredevil" became the network's No. 1 original series premiere ever in Kids 6-14 (528,000), Boys 6-14 (325,000), Kids 6-11 (358,000), Boys 6-11 (241,000) and Boys 9-14 (231,000).

· "Kick Buttowski" stood as Disney XD's No. 1 original animated series of 2010 in Total Viewers (546,000), Kids 6-14 (226,000), Boys 6-14 (211,000) and Boys 6-11 (185,000).

· On August 2, 2010, Disney XD's premiere of "Phineas and Ferb Summer Belongs to You" became the Emmy-winning animated series' No. 2 telecast of all time on Disney XD in Total Viewers (1.32 million), Kids 6-14 (677,000/1.9 rating), Boys 6-14 (435,000/2.3 rating), Kids 6-11 (542,000/2.2 rating), Boys 6-11 (365,000/2.9 rating) and Boys 9-14 (235,000/1.9 rating), behind only December 2009's "Christmas Vacation."

· Launching on September 22, 2010, "Pair of Kings" quickly rose to the top of the network's series charts, ranking as Disney XD's No. 1 series of 2010 in target demos Kids 6-14 (379,000), Kids 6-11 (318,000), Boys 6-11 (195,000) and Tweens 9-14 (231,000), and the network's No. 1 live-action series in Total Viewers (606,000) and Boys 6-14 (224,000).
