FOX Rules the Week With Six Nightly Wins

FOX RULES THE WEEK WITH SIX NIGHTLY WINS

Thanks to its season-high rated Monday night, a strong week two of AMERICAN IDOL, a huge turnout for BONES, a fantastic FRINGE Friday and a record-breaking NFL PRO BOWL, FOX ranked No. 1 on six out of seven nights last week. FOX won the week among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers and delivered the largest weekly ratings advantage (+133%) between the first and second place networks this season among Adults 18-49.

With a 2.9/8 among Adults 18-49, FOX is now only one tenth away from gaining the top spot in the adult demo this season and continues to rank No. 1 among young adults and Teens.

Key weekly highlights:

· On Monday, FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and all key male demos and posted its highest rated Monday night in Total Viewers so far this season with entertainment programming

· At 8p HOUSE posted a 3.7/10 among Adults 18-49, up +6% versus the previous week. HOUSE was the highest rated program of the night and won the 8p hour among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and virtually all key demos.

· LIE TO ME at 9p delivered a 2.5/6 among Adults 18-49 and grew +39% vs. the previous week's telecast. In fact, LIE TO ME posted its highest ratings in over one year among Adults 18-49 (since 11/30/09) and in Total Viewers (since 10/19/09).

· With the first week two telecast of AMERICAN IDOL, FOX won Wednesday night among all key demos. IDOL posted a 9.2/24 among Adults 18-49, up +18% versus its previous telecast � the most growth ever for the show's night three vs. night two.

· AMERICAN IDOL and FOX outperformed the combined 4-net competition for the night by a +53% among Adults 18-49 and +16% in Total Viewers

· IDOL dominated the next highest rated program of the night, CBS' Criminal Minds by +188% among Adults 18-49 and +98% in Total Viewers

· In fact, AMERICAN IDOL showed its highest week two vs. week one retention (third telecast vs. season premiere) among Adults 18-49 (95%) and in Total Viewers (97%) since season five.

· FOX won Thursday night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key demos and produced the two highest-rated programs of the night in Total Viewers with AMERICAN IDOL and BONES.

· AMERICAN IDOL posted a 7.7/21 among Adults 18-49 with 22.5 Mil Total Viewers, 99% of its performance the previous Thursday among Adults 18-49, 98% of Total Viewers and 100% of its Adults 18-34.

· Compared to last season, AMERICAN IDOL displayed higher week two vs. week one retention among Adults 18-49 (96% vs. 90%) and in Total Viewers (97% vs. 94%).

· BONES delivered a 3.9/10 among Adults 18-49, its highest rated telecast in almost four years in Adults 18-49 (since 2/14/07) and in almost one year in Total Viewers (since 2/4/10).

· BONES outperformed the next highest rated network in the 9p hour by +11% among Adults 18-49 (3.9/10 vs. NBC's Office/Parks & Recreation, 3.5/9) and +25% in Total Viewers (12.0 vs. 9.6 Mil for CBS' CSI repeat).

· On Friday, FRINGE held its audience from week to week and was the #1 show of the night among Adults 18-49 that night. In fact, FRINGE ranked #1 from 9-10pm among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Women 18-34, and all key male demos.

· Sunday's NFC-AFC PRO BOWL'11 on FOX from 7:24-10:37p posted a 4.7/13 among Adults 18-49, up +12% from last year's PRO BOWL on ESPN. Among Total Viewers, Sunday's PRO BOWL was the most watched Pro Bowl in 14 years (since 1997).

AMERICAN IDOL and FOX outperformed the combined 4-net competition for the night by a substantial +53% among Adults 18-49 (9.2 vs. 6.0 for ABC/CBS/NBC/CW), +67% among Adults 18-34 (7.5 vs. 4.5), +169% in Teens (7.0 vs. 2.6) and +16% in Total Viewers (25.3 vs. 21.9 Mil.)
