CBS WINS SUNDAY IN VIEWERS, ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 25-54

"Undercover Boss" Wins Time Period with Across-the-Board Increases and Is the Night's Top Program in Adults 18-49

"CSI: Miami" Matches Its Second-Best Adult 18-49 Delivery of the Season and Posts Best Adult 25-54 Rating since October

CBS won Sunday in viewers and key demographics as UNDERCOVER BOSS won its time period in all ratings measures and CSI: MIAMI matched its second-best adult 18-49 rating of the season, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for March 13.

At 7:00 PM, 60 MINUTES was first in households (6.6/12), viewers (10.26m), adults 25-54 (2.4/07) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.7/06, with ABC).

At 8:00 PM, THE AMAZING RACE 18 was second in households (5.3/09), viewers (9.42m), adults 25-54 (3.6/09, -0.1 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (2.6/08, -0.1 behind ABC).

At 9:00 PM, UNDERCOVER BOSS swept its time slot in households (6.7/11), viewers (11.72m), adults 25-54 (4.0/09) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08). Compared to last week, UNDERCOVER BOSS was up +6% in households (from 6.3/10), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 3.7/08), +7% in adults 18-49 (from 2.7/07) and added +630,000 viewers (from 11.09m, +6%). UNDERCOVER BOSS was the night's #1 program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

At 10:00 PM, CSI: MIAMI was first in households (7.0/12) and viewers (11.77m); it was second in adults 25-54 (3.7/09, -0.1 behind NBC) and adults 18-49 (2.7/07). CSI: MIAMI scored its best adults 25-54 performance since its season premiere, matched the show's second-best delivery in adults 18-49 this season and posted its largest audience since Jan. 16, 2011. CSI: MIAMI was the night's #1 program in viewers.

For the night, CBS was first in households (6.4/11), viewers (10.79m), adults 25-54 (3.4/09) and adults 18-49 (2.5/07).
