RECORD RATINGS BY BRAVO CONTINUE EARNING BEST QUARTER IN NETWORK'S HISTORY WITH DOUBLE-DIGIT GROWTH AMONG ALL KEY DEMOS

Bravo Digital Records Best First Quarter In Video Streams

NEW YORK - March 29, 2011 - Fueled by ratings juggernauts and an aggressive programming slate, Bravo Media reached another milestone earning its best quarter in network history, delivering its fourth consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth among all key demos, according to Nielsen Media Research. The network averaged 970,000 total viewers and 611,000 adults 18-49 this past quarter, marking an impressive double-digit growth (up 28 percent increase among total viewers and 35 percent among adults 18-49 vs. Q1 2010). Maintaining its No. 1 position as the most upscale, educated and engaged audience in cable entertainment, Bravo ranked as the No. 11 network in primetime, the second fastest growing Top 20 cable entertainment network, in the coveted adult 18-49 demo. Bravo fans continue to connect with their favorite shows and cast members beyond the television screen as Bravo Digital posted tremendous double-digit growth, garnering over 106 million page views and over five million video streams, up +18% and +24 respectively compared to first quarter 2010. Bravo Mobile also delivered its best quarter in network history among video streams.

"Bravo is a leader in creating high quality, original content that drives the pop-culture conversation with platforms that deepen the engagement for our upscale and educated viewers," said Frances Berwick, President of Bravo Media. "The network's success across all screens in the first quarter proves our brand strength continues to grow and our strategy to increase original programming is paying off."

The network's historic first quarter was fueled by watercooler hits including the Emmy Award winning "Top Chef," the #1 food show on cable among adults 18-49, and "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season three which delivered the highest rated season in the Housewives franchise history among all key demos with 3.6 million total viewers and more than 2.5 million adults 18-49. Season four of "The Millionaire Matchmaker" earned its highest rated season of the series ever among all key demos with 1.9 million total viewers and 1.3 million adults 18-49.
